Relias Makes it Easy to Track Training
Having a transcript with hours completed makes it easy to demonstrate compliance with our state agency.

I use Relias for my required educational requirements for several licenses and certifications. Easy to use and navigate the classes.

Appreciate the continued enhancements made to Connect - easy to use information and tools. Also had a smooth hand-off to a new CS Rep - Brendan White. He seems wonderful and is already very attentive to our needs. I'm also liking some of the update course content.

Relias has helped us streamline the monitoring and reporting of trainings for our staff to maintain compliance with a multitude of regulatory requirements. Whenever I need to reach out for support, I always get a timely and helpful response.

initial training was by video and yes those videos can be revisited but unhelpful to a degree. I ended up watching over and over again to my dismay so that I could write it down. Then I wanted to pay to have someone come in to program for us but was told that we're too small for the amount it would cost but I am the customer? I did not now or then have a good experience

Tried to change my annual training plan but old staff have different dates then newer staff. Also takes a while for somethings to show up like newly assigned training

I appreciate Relias- It has the classes our caregivers need.

Love the process in signing and paying for Medication Management classes. Love that Dependent Adult and Child Abuse classes are on Relias. Makes tracking trainings very easy!

Having the password change every 60 days is an inconvenience. Having the system start asking us at day 30 if we want to change our password now is an inconvenience. As a unit training manager I am in Relias multiple times a day so when it asks me if I want to change my password for 30 days every single time I log in is stupid. Also with the amount of computer based trainings that we are required to complete in three different platforms I have to reset and unlock account regularly for 243 people this takes so much time away from my other duties. It would be nice and easier if we could do CAC enabled log in no passwords to use and change every 60 days.

The trainings are excellent providing clear and critical information to the student. We are required to provide certain specific state-mandated trainings to our employees. The Relias trainings can be tedious, but we very often have staff that will voluntarily enroll in elective courses because the trainings are there and extensive, and they enjoy the training experience. Customer service is done well. My main complaint is that the site can be difficult to navigate at times.
