Literally useless. My package was lost by them and the support process was hopeless; every time I replied to one of their support agents to explain what had happened, they would ignore my message, and then come back a few days later to ask the same question again.

I would give Relay zero stars if possible because they’re an absolutely atrocious delivery service. I sell on Vinted and every other package I’ve sent using Relay there is an issue. They lost one parcel, another supposedly being returned to me with no tracking available and one claiming it hasn’t been dropped off at a Relay location when it has. Tried to contact support many times with zero response from them. I will no longer be using Relay and recommend no one else does. Shambles of a company and useless

They are the worst delivery company known, first I bought an item from Vinted as Evri were no longer an option I chose my closest shop as usual. When it said delivered I went to collect to find that shop doesn’t do Relay so they took it too another shop some 20 odd mins drive away but didn’t tell me all info showed my local shop. The local shop rang the other and said it’s here. Since someone bought an item from me on 4th September sent the same day, took 3 days to collect and still not been delivered. Emailed but no response 😡. Shocking service to say the least I wish i could have picked 0 starts

Tried using them via ASOS. Takes longer than ASOS’s usual delivery times - supposed to arrive 2 days ago, and it’s not ready for collection. Never again

My parcel from shein was delivered by relay, I read these reviews as I had never heard of them before. I have to say they followed delivery instructions and knocked, the times did change once or twice but not a massive time difference and it did arrive intact and a good couple of days early.

Send you unsolicited WhatsApp messages at 6am on a Saturday trying to get you to agree to them delivering the parcel to a shop rather than your house.

I have been expecting my parcel today . I was sent a message indicating my parcel would be delivered between 12pm - 4pm. However, was never delivered and no explanation what so ever. I am supposed to be travelling tomorrow to a wedding without my parcel. I have been screwed up by this totally unreliable company

Only giving 1 star cos i can't leave 0 stars. What a joke of a company. If you thought Evri were bad, well these guys make them look pretty good. (Btw, not intending to be mean to Evri as despite the bad press, I've never had a failed delivery from them either as recipient or sender).

Get an email saying my item will be delivered on the day between 4-8pm, this changes throughout the day until it eventually says delivery between 9-10pm. I wait, and it gets to the point where the tracking says item is 6 stops away, I even get a text message saying it's 6 stops away and will arrive in 12 minutes so I wait and ofc nothing turns up so I go to bed.

I check the tracking the next morning and now it says my order is delayed and the status will update in 48 hours.

Seriously wtf?! How can my delivery go from being 6 stops & 12 minutes away to now being delayed with no status update other than there'll be one in 48 hours. Submitted a ticket to their support to find out what's happened, after submitting it get the message saying they'll respond in 48-72 hours...

Absolute worst delivery service I've experienced. Hope I never have the misfortune of ordering something that uses this service for their deliveries and if I ever do see that they are the service being used then I'll buy from another vendor.

Twice I’ve had to get refund for my goods because the picture of there delivery is no where near my home

This is my first experience with Relay and I really hope it will be the last.

I was expecting a delivery and was told by Relay that a courier had collected the time and that it would be delivered on a certain day. The delivery didn't arrive and there was no update from Relay.

I went on to the Relay website to chase this up. I clicked on the Contact Us button on their website and nothing happened - it didn't redirect to another page. So then I found an email and sent them a message about the missed delivery.

I received an automated email, saying that I would receive a response after 72 hours. Three days! I

Appalling customer service. I hope I never have to encounter this company again. Awful.

I am a non-US resident who legally registered a US LLC with all proper state documents (Articles of Organization, EIN, etc.). I applied for a business account with Relay, and despite providing complete information, they rejected my application immediately without any clear explanation or justification. Their support is completely silent and unhelpful when asked for details. If you live outside the US and manage your LLC remotely, save your time and look for other business-friendly alternatives like Wise or Mercury. Avoid Relay!

Nightmare of a delivery service. Parcels are consistently late, both sending and receiving. I’ve disabled their service now so buyers can’t choose them and I’ll never use Relay again myself.

Purchased through Vinted with an expected delivery of 8–10 September. No update since 9 September, and my enquiry on 11 September only received a generic response a week later. Very poor service and I now suspect my parcel has been lost

I purchased a tablet through Vinted, but instead of the tablet, a book arrived. The packaging had clearly been tampered with and had additional tape on it that was not used by the sender.

I provided evidence of what had happened, but rather than properly investigating the issue, I was simply told to take it up with Vinted. Yes, both myself and the seller ultimately received refunds, but that doesn’t address the bigger issue.

If parcels can be tampered with and items removed without the company properly investigating what happened, it leaves customers with very little confidence in their delivery service. In my experience, the response was essentially to pass the responsibility back to Vinted rather than investigate how the package was compromised.

Very disappointing and, in my opinion, a dishonest and unacceptable level of service. I certainly wouldn’t recommend using this company.

Used via Vinted. Mixed up parcels so my buyer got a cheap blouse instead of the expensive item she paid for. Parcel arrived ripped but worse of all Vinted are refusing to investigate, challenge Relay and pay me any form of compensation. Apparently the error is mine!

Your driver did not knock on the door and when in my back garden and my son saw him look through the window and when my son when to the door he just got in his car and drove off my son thought it was someone trying to break in to the house

Today the delivery driver opened my front door and left my parcel in my hallway to say im shocked is an understatement I should really be informing the police as he has just let himself in my house to drop a parcel

Worst delivery service provider in the UK. Constantly spamming customers via WhatsApp to get them to collect their parcel. Sending misleading WhatsApp messages to make customers click on it which automatically changes the delivery to collection. You don’t even get to select the collection point.

Customer service is EXTREMELY AWFUL as well.

DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This company is a massive JOKE. Been waiting weeks for an order and every time i try to chase, it states its on its way despite the delivery window having past. The customer service is non existent, ive emailed them sevaral times and they NEVER reply. This company is just shocking. I cant get a refund as the parcel is showing as in progress! Never would i use this company for as long as i live. Absolutely shocking!

Left the package outside the door and it got stolen. I don’t understand why would a company lave the package outside in a hay street knowing it will get stolen.
