Really enjoyed the training, super informative, loads of ideas and resources to help get you thinking about sessions. Lovely to hear the first-hand experiences of other coaches as well.

The Relax Kids programme is an excellent programme. The 7 step plan for supporting children to develop techniques and strategies for self- regulation is well structures and researched. It will be very beneficial to children and I am looking forward to using it. While the interviews with current coaches are useful, I found them quite lengthy at times, with some being very focused on working during Covid times. Some sound and editing issues with the videos also.

The training was pretty thorough and helpful. I'm really looking forward to running my own sessions!

Fantastic lessons and great course structure. Although some of the interviews were a bit lengthy, each coach showcased their unique experiences and perspectives which added to the overall experience.

My stepdaughter had developed anger issues and had trouble showing her feelings. I found a Relax Kids group and we took her there. The group was amazing for her, and the practitioner was really patient and understanding. It also kick-started a love of art for her as a bonus too and she has just received an award from school for her art. I couldn't recommend this course enough.

The selection and variety of materials available is amazing. The website is easy to navigate, bright and inviting. Relax Kids products can carry through all ages. The materials won't age. They can instill positive self esteem from an early age that will ensure holistic development in children.They can be used at home,1:1 or in a larger setting.
There are also training courses that complement the materials. All children should have access to books that promote positive mental health and teach them self worth. Giving children the skills to self regulate at a young age will be beneficial for life!

I first discovered Relax Kids in my work as a supply teacher and was blown away by how receptive all the children were and the impact it had on their self-confidence, self-love and overall well-being. Now as a mum myself, we use the audio tracks every night at bedtime. What was once a stressful battlefield with two toddlers is now my (and their!) favourite time of the day. I now highly recommend Relax Kids to everyone I meet! I am so convinced by this approach that I am hoping to write my thesis on the impact of Relax Kids!

I love the Relax Kids books suitable for primary aged children. They are a brilliant resource to calm a class, allowing children to reflect on their feelings and develop mindfulness. I have been using these books for over 10 years in classrooms with children aged 6 to 11.

Over a decade ago I was searching for some inspiration for relaxation time in the Special Educational Needs setting where I worked. I emailed Relaxed Kids and they so kindly posted 2 cds free of charge with a lovely note. The meditations where beautiful and a wonderful opportunity for our little ones with pmld and limited mobility to go on magical adventures in their minds ✨️ Highly recommend 💖

My ten year old comes home from school so relaxed after a session with Relax Kids. He then begins to teach me what he learned from the Relax kids coach, techniques of beautiful breathing. It was a joy to see and I too felt the benefits. This programme is a win win for children, parents and teachers. The first of its kind too. This incredible programme really addresses the mental health of children. I am so impressed that I am now making enquiries about becoming a Relax Kids Coach.

Relax Kids is wonderful and great for children and adults. The techniques used are very real and helpful in day to day living. The books are creative and informative and brilliant.

Relax kids is superb! We are an Early Years setting and we were lucky enough to have some sessions with one of your amazing coaches. The children loved them, they were engaged the whole time, and after just a few sessions we already started noticing the children's confidence growing. They were recognising emotions more frequently and overall their mental health and wellbeing was improved. The sessions did wonders for the children's personal, social and emotional development and this is so important in the Early Years. It supports them to learn vital skills that set them up for life. I can't recommend Relax kids enough.
I can only imagine that being a relax kids coach is such a rewarding job, If you want to make a difference in children's and families alike then this is the thing for you to do!
