This is how Office Space should be done
I've been here a month now and have been impressed with everything from my private office space & furniture, the entire second floor, cleanliness, conference room, reception area, parking, kitchen, restrooms, and most of all, the Regus staff. This should be the new standard for occupying Office Space in a professional setting. It's like having your entire company on this floor but they are not here, which makes it even better!!! This place is purely professional in appearance and with its tenants.

I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.
Contrary to your comments, you have not been charged for additional keys. The local team have been in touch and have made sure that no such charge will be invoiced.
If you do have any issues or questions going forward, your local team are your key contacts and will be happy to help wherever they can.

Racist regional and local management in Dallas/Cedar Hill - Regus Managers are Tammi and Aneita Brown
The local management in Dallas is really horrible and racist from the regional management to the local teams at the centers. The Cedar Hill location center Manager is a true racist, I was asked to remove her name from the review or it would be removed( it rhymes with Yammi, but starts with a T…. spelled backwards immaT), and their area manager is as well. I was asked to remove her name as well, spelled backwards nworB atienA. I have contacted corporate without any assistance offered, and it seems that Trust Pilot is colluding as well. Oh well, we have moved to better offices. We have warned our staff and will be using other services moving forward.
WeWork and Lucid are better than Regus. If you have an opportunity to dodge this horrible company you should, it’s horrible customer service is shown in their reviews.
