The Staff was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgably about the computer system and printers, etcetera. They were great dealing with any clients that I had coming to the office.
Very clean and organised. The facilities they provide are outstanding. The staff is friendly and helpful. I wish I could give 5 plus stars.

Very clean and organised
Very clean and organised. The facilities they provide are outstanding. The staff is friendly and helpful. I wish I could give 5 plus stars.

Fraudulent Misrepresentation
They told me upon signing that I could cancel my contract with 3 months notice. The sales person had to reset the contract several times as their system was not working or allowing me to sign. During that process she changed the terms of the agreement and now they are saying I am tied in for a year. I have emails detailing what we discussed including the 3 month termination clause but they refuse to let me out of the agreement. I am now paying for office space I can not longer use.
Note: the staff at the location are excellent. Its the online sales staff that are scamming people, I assume to make their commission targets. The customer service rep also was less than helpful.

Thank you for getting in touch.
Transparency is key to us, and our teams go to great lengths to ensure that any queries are clarified before an agreement is signed.
Your current agreement will expire on 30 September 2024. It is a formal, business commitment.
We partner with our customers to help them run and grow their business, but we also have a business to run and cannot cancel an agreement earlier than its end date.
As informed by your salesperson and within your agreement, you have a 3-month notice period to end your agreement online. Since the term of your agreement is 12 months, you must give the notice by the end of 9th month.
