Regus - Istanbul, Besiktas Selenium Anmeldelser 

We have been tenants of REGUS for 3 years. Our location is in Istanbul Selenium Plaza. During this time, we have observed with regret that the quality of services has decreased slightly each year. In the first year we rented the office, there was a receptionist named S**** D***** who worked with extraordinary dedication and immediately resolved any problems that arose. She later left. A******* T**** took over. While not as dedicated as the previous one, he was quite good at resolving issues promptly. Currently, problems are resolved only partially and slowly. The staff are still dedicated and quick to respond, but we feel that the reception staff are not receiving enough support. Therefore, it is essential to investigate how their managers handle these issues. If you had conducted a survey on "services" and "problem resolution" in the first year we were there, we would have given you a 9 out of 10. This year, we would give you a 5. Months have passed since we reported these problems, and we are tired of raising awareness.

1. The new phone system was connected, but we weren't given instructions on how to use it. We haven't been able to use the phone on our desk for calls for 7 months, yet we continue to pay for this extra service every month.
2. There's a loose tap in the men's restroom that moves from side to side every time it's turned on and off; we've reported this 2 years ago, and it still hasn't been fixed.
3. The broken floor tile on the steps leading to the 5th floor entrance has been broken for 2 years. It comes loose from time to time, and we have to reattach it manually. It's not a pleasant sight when guests arrive.
4. There's a broken light fixture on the ceiling in the toilet area of the men's restroom, and despite reporting it repeatedly, the bulb hasn't been replaced.
5. Our mobile phones, which we connect to the internet, disconnect after a while. We have to reconnect them manually. This has been going on for about a year. Doing this repeatedly is really burdensome and tedious. We suspect that Regus has tampered with the modem.

However, alongside these negative aspects, we would also like to list the positive sides:
1. The staff seem helpful and try to resolve issues in good faith. However, they may not have sufficient support behind them.
2. Overall, the cleanliness is good, although there are occasional glitches. 3. Internet connection quality and speed (both upload and download) are generally good.
