Excellent all round. Their customer service and advice is spot on- open, honest and freely given. Online orders arrived next day via DPD as promised. collecting from their well stocked shop is a 5* experience and a warranty claim was dealt with promptly and efficiently. You couldn't ask for any better. Keep up the excellent service. I will be coming back to you as first choice shop next time I upgrade.

Deus remote fault under warranty, sent by me to Regtons on Monday and returned to me fully repaired on Wednesday. How awesome is that!?

Two orders so far and no issues to report. Both came next working day delivery and as expected. Well made website with all the information you would require on the products they sell. Which metal detector is the right one for you? Give them a ring and they will gladly help you out. If you are dead set on an item and need it in a jiffy always contact them and request an inventory check to avoid disappointment and a refund wait. I learnt this lesson on my first ever detector order from a different stockist/company. Always good to double check.

Regton will be my go to shop for my new hobby. Impressed.

I dropped my Deus control box and cracked the screen on a Friday afternoon.
After phoning Regtons and speaking to Craig it was posted Saturday morning and to my utter amazement I received it back on wednesday fully repaired.
Well done Craig and Regtons.
The only down side was my postage to them was £8 including insurance with Royal Mail but the postage back to the Isle of Wight was £20 by DPD couriers.
However, the total cost of £50 including postage was a small price to pay compared to the cost of a new control box.
Well done Craig and all the team at Regtons, keep up the good work.

Ordered my new Mi6 Pinpointer during the festive break, bearing in mind the store was only open for business for 1.5 days and it arrived today. Thank you Nigel, Marcus and all the team. Wishing you all a very Happy New Year. Excellent service as usual

Outstanding company! Ordered the kids metal detector at 2pm on December 23rd and it had arrive by 8:30am on Christmas Eve. Now that’s service!

Not happy with the customer service on a 2 year warranty on a xp mi6 pin pointer what went back with being faulty
As their is warranty with it I received my old pin pointer back all in bits and more broke than what it was with the battery lead snapped said the led light wasn’t working when it was when it got sent back plus the moister in the pin pointer through use surely that is covered in the 2 year warranty as they state and not a letter back saying void not happy at all after all it’s not a cheap pin pointer to buy.. thank do and regtons lost all faith with both company’s

Sent back my Deus headphones for repair on Tuesday. Returned to me fully repaired on Thursday. Excellent service and a great job done. That's what I call great customer service.

I have dealt with Regton for over 25 years, they have always been spot on with service and advise etc. I recently sent my XP controller box to them, with water damage (my fault). They dealt with the problem quickly, and returned it within days. So thank you again Craig. Great Company. Great Service. Can't praise them enough!! Regards Mr Bowker.

I FELT i could trust Regtons what with all the fake detecting probes around and i was not disappointed a real Garrett product next day delivery I am delighted with the service well done *****************************************

After weeks of researching the hobby, I ordered my Garrett Ace 250 yesterday from Regton.

It arrived today by courier, well packaged and easy to use.

I am overwhelmed by the service, product and indeed the price.

Regton is now my one stop shop for my new hobby.

The best of service as Iam a novice to the hobby I find it valuable that people are willing to Take time to answer questions And my order was promptly taken and delivered on time I will be ordering another machine for land at a later date rest assured Regton will be my first call.

I have dealt with this organisation many times and they never cease to amaze me with their customer care and after-sales support - 5☆☆☆☆☆; more like 10☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆!!
Nothing is too much trouble and if there is a problem they are quick to sort it out. I most definately recommend Regtons to everyone looking for Metal Detecting machines and associated accessories.
