La nostra esperienza con Regiondo è stata profondamente negativa sotto ogni punto di vista.
In fase di trattativa ci sono state fatte promesse precise dal commerciale, sia in termini di condizioni che di funzionalità della piattaforma. Una volta firmato il contratto, però, molte di quelle promesse si sono rivelate inesatte o semplicemente non rispettate. Ci siamo trovati davanti a una realtà completamente diversa rispetto a quanto concordato.
Alla nostra richiesta di chiarimenti, il commerciale che ci aveva seguito ha smesso di rispondere, arrivando addirittura a bloccarci. Ricontattato da un altro numero, ci è stato detto che non lavorava più per l’azienda. Un comportamento poco serio e una gestione interna che lascia parecchi interrogativi.
L’azienda ha poi provato a “mediare”, ma proponendo nuove condizioni contrattuali che modificavano completamente gli accordi iniziali: da una parte toglievano ciò che era stato promesso, dall’altra aggiungevano nuovi vincoli. Non una soluzione, ma un tentativo di rinegoziare a proprio favore.
Sul piano tecnico, la piattaforma è rigida, poco intuitiva e decisamente ostica nell’utilizzo quotidiano. È un sistema estremamente standardizzato, con possibilità di personalizzazione limitate, poco adatto a chi opera nel turismo esperienziale o ha esigenze specifiche. L’impressione generale è quella di un software poco flessibile e distante dalle reali necessità degli operatori.
Esperienza deludente, poco trasparente e professionalmente insoddisfacente. Non lo consigliamo.
I bought a Bus City Sightseeing Barcelona ticket but never received the ticket.
I emailed the company and no response from emails soporte at mytoptour.es and from noreply at regiondo.com
I had additional tickets on the day as I was unable to reach the company.
Tickets initiated from website www.sagradafamilia tickets . org/en
And the email confirmation was received from mytoptour.
5 tickets lost amounts for €165 in total.
Still no response from anyone.
I paid for the Madrid three museum tickets and never got the tickets. Emailed the company and did not received any response
I booked a tour of Sagrada Familia almost a week ago for today, Sunday 31st March but late last night I received an email telling me my booking was cancelled but I could book tickets again for the waiting list (much dearer tickets) Now both my payments pending with the bank and I still don't know if we have tickets and no one to contact. Not a very good system at all and this is spoiling our trip for a very special reason. Not impressed.
I booked a tour through a company that uses your services. The tour was cancelled after payment was made. I am no longer able to contact the operators or make any headway with your idiotic chatbot that cuts me off everytime i try to get help on this issue. It seems your so called tour booking system has completely failed, and any attempt to resolve blocked. Until i have a reasonable resolution to this problem then i rightfully assume i was scammed and cheated. Prove me wrong. Until such time i serve warning notice to anyone who may fall into a similar trap. Already i have read about a similar experience from another client. I will not let this issue go unresolved.

We implemented the Regiondo booking system but it was completely unusable. First Regoindo told us that it would update Google calendar but they could not make it work. Critically it could not calculate basic prices e.g. booking one item for £30 gave a 'Grand total' of £35.64 so nobody in their right mind would book. We had package deals e.g. archery and rifles air experiences but they kept saying they were fully booked. We had to fix the package deal every day. We pulled out of Regiondo and are taking legal action but they are saying the contract is subject to German law. I strongly recommend people avoid this company.
