Very helpful and nice people to work with

This company is quick to give out loans, but the interest rates on their loans is ridiculously high. I would never use this company, ever again, nor will I advise any of my family or friends to use this company.

Anyone working here will do everything they can to help you get the loan you need. They will help in whatever ways they now how too. I was denied places I should have never been denied and I literally just walked in and sat down and walked out an hour later (mainly because we were chatting and laughing about things) and I left knowing I was going to receive a deposit the next day. I was so stressed before going about money, and they took that stress from me and made life much easier. I highly recommend. Trust me they will do anything to help you get approved and they even will offer to help you refinance your vehicle for you too. There are many more things then loans they do. I will never use anyone else and that even goes for my bank. I will choose Regional Finance every time.

I wasn’t thinking about getting a check in the mail. The check ended up being a prayer answered that I didn’t know I was going to need. A few weeks beforereceiving the check our son died unexpectedly. The check helped cover funeral arrangements as we have had trouble with the insurance company. I was thankful to have had it. I guess the only thing is I could have used a little more to cover all the unexpected expenses you never thought you were going to have. Process was so easy just sign the check and deposit it. So very thankful for Regional Finance.

Me to pay off a couple of bills and to buy food and pay my rent on time. I’ve been with them for years. So I will recommend any one to get the help they need to go with Regional Finance with their problems.

Well, I had to really provide a lot of information for second loan which wasn't much, but all I had to do for the first loan was cash the check.... second loan wanted to deny,but keep calling and asking me do I want to get this and that but still deny me...well I guess someone had a heart because they stepped in and handled the situation...

Clear cut loan, no tricks.

I am satisfied with most aspects but I think your credit reporting is behind and the interest rates are a little high. I was done about 3months already with my loan and was receiving messages that I was almost done from the credit bureau.

This was the first experience in working with Ashley G. at this location. Going in with apprehension Ashley was able to give my wife and I peace of mind by answering all our questions and providing such a professional and caring environment. She truly went above and beyond in helping us achieve our goals. Ashley and her manager are examples for all of these type of business in restoring trust to the customer. Thank you both for the positive experience.

From the minute I called and spoke with Angel Reyna at the humble location, it was the best experience ever. She treated me like a person, not a number, and she was with me throughout the whole process. It was smooth and she got me what I needed and made my day. I'm so so happy and I recommend this place.
