Did not stay open at the time she told me. They closed way too early before I can have a chance to come in to discuss business. Not too trustworthy.

Sheryl Pike and all the employees at the Talladega location have been awesome. They have been professional, courteous and always provided me with accurate information.

I am providing this statement to document a serious breach of responsibility and to caution others about the risks associated with this company’s handling of personal information.

This organization failed to exercise even the most basic standards of identity verification. An individual who was not me was permitted to enter their office and obtain a loan in the amount of $3,600, despite presenting information that did not fully match my identity. This constitutes a significant lapse in due diligence and raises substantial concerns regarding the company’s internal controls, verification procedures, and overall compliance with consumer protection obligations.

Upon discovering the fraudulent loan, I immediately filed a police report. I also contacted the office manager in an effort to resolve the matter directly and without immediate legal escalation. Despite my request, I did not receive a return call. The lack of communication, combined with the unprofessional and discourteous conduct of the staff, has only compounded the harm and frustration caused by this incident.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise individuals to exercise extreme caution before providing this company with any personal or financial information. Their failure to implement adequate safeguards and their refusal to address a matter of this seriousness is deeply concerning.

Went here a couple days ago to renew my loan and the lady that worked with me Vanity was so professional and down to earth, she greeted me, asked if i wanted a drink and was a pleasure the entire time i was there, she made getting the loan that much better, she explained everything, no hidden fees and i didn’t feel like i was getting scammed, don’t go off the negative reviews because i almost did. If you want to get a loan and you want somebody who isn’t uptight or arrogant go to this location and ask for Vanity!!! She really got me right and we had a lil fun while getting everything together. If you ever see this Vanity thank you soo much, it was a pleasure doing business with you and i wish you all the success! you deserve it!! Thanks again

I had a really great experience with Regional Finance. The representative who helped us was very patient, kind, and understanding throughout the whole process. She took her time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. It’s not always easy dealing with financial matters, but she made it a smooth and positive experience. I truly appreciate her professionalism and great customer service. I would definitely recommend this location to others!

The only way to contact these people is to call them, I don't have a phone! They will take their payment at exactly 12:01 a.m. the day it's due and if your paycheck hasn't hit your bank their payment gets returned and then it's NON STOP CALLS AND EMAILS!! They want ALL of your electronics, tools and whatever as collateral. I have reported this shady and scummy company. Oh, they also try to bully you into giving them proof that I lost my S.Security!! That's ILLEGAL!!!

They didn't approve me. Brandon did everything he could. If you want an easy loan to get, go to Mariner finance, they got me approved the same day. I tell all my friends to go there.

This company is so bad the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT wont let active servicemen do business with them.

The did several roll-rifi's athat only stripped my protections and provided no releif.

I tried to negotiate with them and they picked a number and refused to budge.

This company is run by GREEDY PEOPLE that really don't have your interests in mind, no matter what FAKE reviews you may read here.

Oh they are nice to start off with. To get you hooked.

Then they do everything possible to not work with you from that day forward.

Caveat Emptor! - Buyer beware. You have been warned, STAY AWAY FROM REGIONAL FINANCE. Your better off using a bookie downtown.

Ms Heather at the McKinney branch does an awesome job. I love doing business with regional financing because of her and all the staff.

After receiving the information in the mail, a call was made to the Regional Finance office in Rosenberg, Tx. I spoke to Lakesha Noel and was informed that the check was legitimate and I could use it by signing and depositing into my bank. I was also able to sign the docusign to get the payments drafted from my bank account on a monthly basis without having to make a trip to the actual office.
