Do not believe the salesman when he tells you that if they cannot fix an appliance, they will replace it. They use their opinion of the age of the HVAC, the stove, the water heater.....and depreciate it. Or if they cannot find the part they offer you cash allowance for you to find it yourself and fix. When you call in a claim they immediately start telling you what is not covered and asking questions. I have had other home warranty services.......all better than these clowns. When I tried to cancel as the salesman told me I could do at anytime I find out there is fine print that you cannot opt out until 1 year. I bought a discounted 3 year policy. I have it marked on my calendar the day to cancel and I just now there will be some other roadblock.

She took my information fast and set up an appointment for a technician to come out to check the problem

Phone service was good but I had to find my own plumber as there weren't any in my area associated with the company.

It has taken more than two months to get my dishwasher repaired and it’s still not repaired. The first company came out twice and said I needed a new control board the second time. I never returned my calls and never scheduled another appointment. So the warranty company chose another company and it’s been 11 days and they have yet to schedule an appointment.

It seems like everything is covered.. but it's not. Completed waste of money - everything you try to claim will be an "add-on". For instance, the icemaker on a refrigerator. Even though it's a part of the fridge, it's not covered as it's considered an add-on
