We moved houses (South East UK) using Regal’s packing service and had some furniture taken apart and rebuilt. Brad was our main point of contact back at the office who was always calm, understanding and flexible with handling all our false start dates.
Packing/unpacking days landed on the hottest challenging days in June 2026. The crew remained exceptionally hard working, professional and positive throughout. All our contents were packed/unpacked being handled with care. We ended up with late key collection which Regal are prepared for.
Very happy with how they managed it all to happen smoothly. All of their friendliness and kindness being much appreciated during a time that can become very stressful. I definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic experience with Regal. From the initial discussion at the exhibition right through the process of calculating the details of our move (which was actually carried out in two stages and involved the removal of the hot tub) to the packing and delivery in France, everyone at Regal was a joy to deal with. Any queries we had were swiftly answered by the office staff and the packing and moving crews were delightful, especially whilst unloading in 35C!

Amazing experience from quotation to removal. Provided excellent customer service for our move from Lower Stoke to Rainham, our first move in over 30 years! The calm and organised approach ensured everything went smoothly - would highly recommend!

Our experience with Regal Moving & Storage was very good. From the surveyor Steve, who visited our house and provided us with help, advice and a quote; to the liaison staff - particularly Bradley and Shane - who worked hard to keep us informed and up-to-date with matters especially when our moving date kept changing; and finally the removal staff themselves: Mike and John who took our furniture on the Wednesday and delivered it on the Friday, and Bob and Dan who picked up the remaining furniture on the Thursday and delivered it to our new property the same day. All four of them were faultless. Helpful, friendly, professional and very strong! We would definitely recommend Regal Moving & Storage to others. They provided an excellent service at what is a very stressful time.

Regal Moving Company moved my upright piano locally. They were on time on the removal date, and did a very professional job with lots of care for my 61 year old piano. It wasn’t an easy job but they completed it successfully.
