The team was great from start to finish and made the whole process a lot easier and manageable than we could have imagined. Well labelled boxes, speedy construction of beds etc. We'll certainly recommend to friends

Movers not Shakers were wonderful, and I recommend them most highly. Moving house is a traumatic but cathartic experience, and they made the physical part of it a breeze. They are very well priced and were, by far, the best value from a slate of about 10 companies I got quotes from in the London area. Fabio and his crew were outstanding, and Clint - at central command / the office - was a real pleasure to deal with. FIVE STARS for great service!!!

Johnny and Alex did a great job. They arrived right on time and were so helpful and kind. Moving is always so stressful, it was such a relief to have things go smoothly. This was my second move with Movers and Shakers and both have been good experiences.

- They showed up over an hour and a half late on packing up day.
- They asked us questions and ignored our answers (they asked if we were taking the washing machine, we said no, then later had to stop them later loading it onto a van).
- Their re-assembly service did more harm than good - they assembled a cot the wrong way up (despite labels on a panel saying ‘this way up’ - we had to take it apart and re-do it the evening of our move as a mattress wouldn’t fit.
- They arranged a time to pick up boxes after our move and then just didn’t show up. I waited in for them, called twice to no answer, emailed, then was told they weren’t coming. When I complained about this and another issue they turned confrontational and said just put them in recycling (not easy with so many boxes).

The impression I have is that they were once good (they were recommended to me) but maybe just don’t care anymore. Wouldn’t trust them with my move in future.

Flawless service! I was moving halfway across London into a zone 1 flat that was on the third floor with no lift - not an easy move! The guys were amazing - really efficient, caring, and hardworking. Dismantled and reassembled my furniture perfectly, and tirelessly got everything up a tricky staircase in one piece. If I could give more than 5*, I would!

We had a great experience with Movers not Shakers. Clint was really friendly, helpful and flexible when booking as our move in date kept shifting. On the day the team were great and moved quickly and carefully to load and unload and ensure everything was placed in the right room in the new house.

Clint and his team have been amazing. Communication was transparent, clear and timely, and everything was executed exactly as agreed. His team took very good care of our belongings and were very polite and friendly. We did mess them about a fair bit as our completion date kept changing a few times - they were able to accommodate without fuss.
