EDIT2: So, I got my money back after the complaint I filled at the bank, requesting a chargeback. Regal Maison refunded it themselves, after Visa questioned them.

EDIT1: I contacted my bank and, in these cases where the item doesn’t match the description and you dont get it resolved with the vendor, you may request a “chargeback” on your card to get the money back. This is a VISA/mastercard procedure you can legally apply. Take prints of what’s advertised, of the received product and all communications requesting a refund/replacement, and the vendor’s refusal.

I ordered the Custom Moon Phase Art from Regal Maison as a wedding gift, personalized for 20/06/2026 — a Waxing Crescent moon (verified independently via multiple astronomy sources: New Moon was June 15, First Quarter was June 21, so June 20 falls squarely in the Waxing Crescent phase, ~37% illuminated). What I received shows a First Quarter moon instead, which is factually incorrect for that date. On top of that, unlike the product photos which show a textured, dimensional moon surface, mine is just a flat solid yellow shape with no relief or detail at all.
I contacted customer service with photos and the correct astronomical data, and they insisted everything was correct and refused a refund or replacement. This was meant to be a meaningful wedding gift and instead I’m left with a factually wrong, low-quality product and no resolution. Given how many other reviews here mention wrong moon phases, this looks like a systemic accuracy problem, not a one-off. Would not recommend. I regret not checking Trustepilot first…

Can I give negative stars? Falsely shows higher quality pictures to the crap that actually arrived. Better quality at the dollar store. Cheap plastic. Stuck on vinyl letters. No customer service.

This company is the worst, and I think they know their products and customer service is bad, and they simply do not care. I purchased adhesive product from them, because I just paid over $30,000 for new siding on my home, and I did not want to make holes on my new siding. The product did not stick to the siding, and they basically told me to use nails, and no refund. Even though the company advertised adhesive product no nails.

It's a bullshit company.. product is shit and not working. Within a couple a month's the lamp falls off. And the black is fading and in hot temperature the sign curves. It's a scam. Payed €45,-- for shit plastic plate. I could have done it better myself. And service is also shit... The don't respond and just tell you they can't do anything because of their policy

They have false advertising and should be held accountable for ripping the public off. Their customer service is AI generated and the product is cheap, undersized and does not fit the description of the product.

Don’t waste your money

One star is one too many. My partner stupidly ordered from here without checking the reviews. House sign ordered March, now end of May and he’s still not received the item. Was supposed to be a Mother’s Day gift for me. The customer service is appalling, I emailed them yesterday and they referred me back to the courier! Unbelievable, his contract was with the company, not the delivery service. They’ve made no attempt to resolve the problem, no refund, no item replacement item sent out. Will be doing a chargeback as two months is plenty of time to sort something out. Just wish my partner had told me well before now so I could’ve got it sorted sooner. Do not order from here, scam is an understatement. If they took £40 as they have from my partner and not fulfilled their obligations they’re making a lot of money sat on their moralistic backs sides at other people’s expense. I cannot not emphasise how much I urge you to avoid avoid avoid.

I ordered a moon plaque. I accidentally put the wrong date but emailed the company immediately. They refused to fix the error and then refused to refund me so I could purchase a new one. They understand my dissatisfaction and appreciate my understanding. Do NOT buy from them. They have crappy customer service.

I sure wish I had read the reviews before I purchased from them. They sent my order to the wrong address and did absolutely nothing to help it get to the correct place. Buyer beware!

I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews. I received the order in Spain about three weeks after placing it.
Honestly, the frame and design positively surprised me (I ordered the Real Moon Phase model).
As a point for improvement, I do miss having a system that lets you track the order at all times. That said, I did receive several emails updating me on the process (order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery).

Ordered a door sign as a gift. The item arrived without a suitable box to be shipped in, therefore the actual packaging for the sign was damaged. As I ordered this as a gift, I contacted the company to ask for a replacement box to be sent in the post as I now cannot gift the item. They have refused to send anything out, claiming they would only deal with the item if it was faulty! I explained how the issue was due to the lack of packaging being used, they still do not want to help. Shame on you Regal Maison!

Bought it and NEVER arrived… please stay away from this scam!

I ordered my house number with the solar light on top. Love it, but the solar part never lit up. When I looked to see, the green battery had wires connected to it. The wires were broke off the battery. Is it possible to have the solar top replaced? I ordered this several months ago before I moved to my location. It's been sitting in it's original box.

Don’t buy anything from this company. First quality is poor. Received plaque with incomplete address. Sent two emails. Sent picture of plaque as requested. Received 2nd response. Stating it’s what on my order if I wanted a new one send in order and pay another fee. The plaque read 3 Erie instead of 3 Erie Ave. stick on letters can be bought at Michael’s. I’m done. Will never order from this company again.

I ordered 3 of the what the moon looked like when you were born for my kids. Two showed up(definitely cheap but useable), the third had a huge crease running through the gold foil moon. I contacted customer service through there email and got a response back saying it could take up to 3 business days to be contacted. Its been weeks and nothing. It sucks since I have 2 kids that got it and one got screwed. I can't even return them due yo lack of customer service. Product was about $35 each. Do not buy from them. Very disappointed.

DO NOT BUY THE ADDRESS SIGNS WITH SOLAR LIGHTING! They are useless. The light hardly works and 99% of the time you cant see the sign at all. Total waste of money.

My new Regalmaison arrived and looks fantastic. Excellent communication continually to the arrival time.
