Ordered on Sunday with next day delivery, so was meant to be delivered Tuesday, didn't arrive,complained to them and was told it was dispatched Monday so should have arrived Tuesday then they said it was because of DPD.It needed to be signed for,so I arranged for DPD to leave in a safe place,and they left it on my front door step by a busy main road

For ecological reasons, we purchased a refurbed Dell Laptop back in late October 2020. Unfortunately I can only echo the review of 7 June 2021 as this laptop was not fit for purpose from the start.

I am pleased to see so many positive reviews, but because of the company's aftercare policy and the terrible product they sold us, we will not be making the same mistake twice. Brand new for us from now on.

I wouldn't say avoid Refurbo or refurbed goods at all costs, but I would highlight the risk you are taking with secondhand laptops etc. It may well be money down the drain.

Great service. Ordered my phone on Friday and it was delivered Saturday in excellent condition. Highly recommend to anyone after a refurbished phone or tablet.

Did not arrive, requested a refund

The laptop was in excellent condition and works very well. However new it would come with a wacom pen, This was absent when received but there was no mention of this in the description when purchased. The free carry case would have been a great addition, however the zip toggles were so flimsy that they snapped on first use out the box and rendered the gesture somewhat empty. For the price paid this renains a very good deal but the small disappointments mentioned stopped this being an excellent experience.
