I’m amazed by how easy it is to forget that this is a refurbished product!

I find the chair so good that I do not think it is possible to get any better, we’ve reached max chair quality at this point.

Assembly was very easy, and the whole purchase process was seamless and free of any issues.

I would recommend anyone interested in a Hermann Miller Aeron to highly consider a refurbished model!

Ich hab dort einen Stuhl bestellt weil eine Lieferzeit von 5 Werktagen angegeben wurde und ich den Stuhl dringend haben wollte. Nach einer Woche kam nichts und ich hab die erste Mail geschrieben. Darauf habe ich keine Antwort bekommen. Dann hab ich eine neue Lieferfrist von einer weiteren Woche gesetzt und ebenfalls keine Antwort drauf erhalten. Insgesamt habe ich 3 Mails geschrieben auf die ich nie eine Antwort erhalten habe. In der letzten Mail bin ich von Kauf zurückgetreten und habe das Geld zurück gefordert. Nach 5 Wochen habe ich nun eine Mail erhalten das der Stuhl verschickt wurde, mit Trackingnummer. Jedoch viel zu spät und nun kann ich den Stuhl nicht mehr gebrauchen. Bei Produkten in dieser Preisklasse kann man einen besseren Service erwarten, unabhängig ob die Produkte aufgearbeitet sind.

I placed an order in February and have not yet received the item. I have tried contacting the company multiple times but have not received any response.

I’m hoping to get an update here, as I’m starting to be concerned that the website may not be legitimate. The purchase amount exceeds €1,000, so I would appreciate your prompt assistance.

Amazing refurbishment. The Aeron chair is like new. Super professional service and no issues with sending to Switzerland. The chair replaced one I had to (sadly) leave in the UK. I’m so happy to have an Aeron again. My back is already feeling better after suffering with a lower quality chair for the past few weeks.

Came back here for a chair for my wife. They recognized me again straight away when I placed the order as they thanked me for the second order, via a personal message from the customer service. Lead time was clearly stated on the product page (10 day production) and was shipped in 9. I had chosen DHL express and it came in perfect condition in 3 business days. It's hard to tell it's a used chair. The craftsmanship is unlike any other company and I've seen a few. I read some negative reviews but I absolutely don't understand them. With the quality they provide and, if I may believe, the numbers they ship, I'm confident it's worth the wait. And the chat is always live during business hours so just get in touch with them if you have any questions. I think in these times we need to understand not everything is done with machines and AI. Cherish companies like this. Thanks guys you made our day with this wonderful chair!

I ordered my chair 12 days ago but the customer service has been really helpfull - Sometimes it can take a while.

I would suggest to be more open about the process and customer service taking a bit longer then it will be clearly communicated

They send me a shipping number but clearly did not send the chair yet. Have been waiting for weeks and the communication regarding when they actually ship the chair is not goot at all.Not sure whats going on

I had some issues with my chair and the initial delivery was quite slow.

But when I got in touch with their customer service they express shipped a replacement which worked well.

Although the chair is great and I’m happy with the improved customer service, I can’t give any higher than this because it still required a lot of persistence to get a quality response from their customer service.

Still, I believe my case is an outlier and the quality of the chair refurbishment makes me believe this is a company that you can feel confident purchasing a chair from.

I am very happy with the online ordering process and the chair itself. It was exactly what I wanted at a better price than new. Just be aware that the turnaround time from order to delivery is not as fast as advertised and communication is poor. So you kind of have to trust the process.

The team and customer service are truly outstanding! I was able to coordinate everything perfectly via chat and email – for example, all my questions about shipping to Germany or delivery times (e.g., when my desired chair would be ready). I could ask for help with assembly at any time – for example, how to attach the Posture Fit brace. If anything was wrong, help was readily available, and I always felt well taken care of and valued as a customer until I assembled the chair myself – simply fantastic! The service doesn't end with delivery. I can wholeheartedly recommend buying a used and refurbished chair here – a great, sustainable option! And a great team!

I ordered a refurbished chair almost four weeks ago. The estimated lead time has already passed and the order still hasn’t been shipped.

I contacted customer support and was told last week that the tracking information would be sent “early this week”, but a week has already passed and I still haven’t received any update.

I understand that refurbishment and quality control can take time (I asked and they told me up to 5 days...), and I appreciate companies that prioritize quality. However, the lack of communication and missed timelines is quite disappointing for such an expensive purchase.

I hope the company can provide a clear update about the shipment soon.

I ordered a chair with some optional accessories. Unfortunately there was a problem with one of the accessories. Happily they sent the chair anyway, and a replacement accessory afterwards, as they wanted me to have the chair as soon as I could. They kept in very good contact throughout.

I was pleasantly surprised with the delivery and packaging. I am very happy with the end result and have been using the chair for the past month now and have zero complaints.

What was however confusing and an inconvenience was the fact that there was a lack of communication with the preparation of the order. I expected the order to arrive within 7-10 days as it is stated in the website. However, even in the Terms and Conditions, found nothing about the preparation time. Unfortunately the support emails never got an answer in 2 weeks.
In total it took a little over a month for my chair to arrive upon purchase.
