this place is a scam, wish I would have looked up reviews before buying.

Wish I would have looked at the reviews before ordering. I’ve been sending emails trying to track my package and I haven’t received ANYTHING! Spent $100 dollars! I’m super pissed

SCAM! Do NOT order from this website. Refcountry keeps your money and doesn't deliver the product. They advertised a matching set on Pinterest, which I clicked to take me straight to their website. After ordering, the tracking system said they couldn't deliver the package because the "address was incorrect". I sent numerous emails. No response. No refund. They kept my money and their item.

horrible experience. never received the dress I bought for my daughter. sent numerous emails. finally had to call the bank. no customer service. total scam

I ordered 2 shirts…haven’t received them yet! It’s been a month!

They get a 1 because my stuff finally came,I ordered three pairs of jeans, but one of the jeans are not jeans they are printed fabric sew into a pair of pants with terrible faded printed graphics of cow print and cactuses. Just terrible!! One of pair of jeans if you can call them that were not even the pair I ordered. I ordered a bell bottom pair of jeans and they sent me a barrel Jean if you can even call it a Jean. The shirts are also terrible quality. The pictures you see online are a Chinese knockoff don’t be a fool and fall for it like I did. Also you can’t return anything. There policy basically says if you don’t like it to bad, if it doesn’t fit to bad. If it doesn’t look the same as the description but some what similar to bad. China garbage! What I ordered and what I received are 2 entirely different things. Do yourself a favor and don’t order from Refcountry.

If I could give zero star I would. Kept swing this pretty top over and over wanted it so bad. But knew I shouldn’t . It came nothing like the photo. Poorly made with cheep fabric weird shape. DO not buy from reg country.

Have not received: package, any updates since I placed the order, any response to my many emails. They definitely took my money though!

I ordered a super cute blouse on the website, but as it turns out, it actually looks like the cheapest thing ever. I'm even ashamed to gice it to the drift store. DO NOT ORDER from them.

This site is a total con. They charge silly money for a garment you wouldn't put on the dog! Infact, I've just insulted my dog by saying this. See the pictures below of what I ordered and what I got. Two very different things.......

Ordered two dresses, same dress, two different sizes to ensure I'd have the right fit for a concert. Both dresses showed up, the same size (six sizes too big), looking like something from a retirement community, and took three weeks to get here. I Reached out twice on the website, twice to the service email and twice to the @hotmail.com email I was able to locate in one of my order confirmation emails. No responses. I am going to the bank to dispute the charge as one of the other reviews suggested. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

scam site. what you buy and what you get are totally different. As yet, they have not approved refund and return.

If I could give a ZERO I would. DO NOT buy from this company. What you see and order is not the same thing you get. Basically Chinese trash. Just threw it in the trash. 🤬

DO NOT order from this company. Their customer service is non existent if you need to get in contact with them. I have sent 4 emails with no response. They are awful!

Ordered July 10. Got 1 of 2 packages on 9/10. Just notified my other package is “on its way”. First package was 3 sizes too small so I have no hopes for the second. I reached out to the three times and they never responded except canned response of we’ll be in touch soon. Of course they charged me at the time I ordered. I had the last laugh though…after a month of no reply, I disputed the charge and my bank agreed with me. I’ll donate these mis-sized tops to a local shelter.
