Honest company with great service
I ordered a wireless controller at the recommendation of my IT MSP. After weeks of trying to get the device to recognize the access points, they figured out it was incompatible with my AP built in 2012. I contacted Reef Telecom and they were gracious enough to accept my return and refund my money.
Throughout the sale and refund, the president of the company was very involved and took care of every detail. Although I returned my item, I will look at Reef Telecom for future networking needs.

for years. He has always done what he said he would do. He's never tried to up-sale me to a more expensive product. In fact, he's pointed out less expensive, but great solutions. Great guy to work with.
