Never Received my order
UPDATE: I received it on march 13th. It was exactly what I needed to replace the old connector I had to throw away! So it works just expect a delay in shipping I guess.
Tracking said it would be here either march 6th or 7th haven’t received any update on it being delayed never received my package either and then I get this thing asking for a review on it. Can’t really review something that never showed up.

I was extremely excited to receive my new work phone. The phone says it was tested back in September. I’ve tried every outlet and phone cord in my office. The phone doesn’t work. :( the customer’s service person was very sincere with handling the issue and having a new phone sent out. I am reasonably satisfied.

Outstanding Customer Service!
My order did not ship even though I was issued a tracking number. I emailed customer service and Damon Slachter responded promptly. He informed me the items did in fact not ship out yet and apologized for the delay. He also said the items would be shipped immediately and upgraded the shipping to priority overnight. I had the items the very next afternoon. That is outstanding customer service!!! I will absolutely be returning to buy from Reef Telecom again. Thank you.
