Very convenient jobs fit around my lifestyle. I am semi retired and I find Redwigwam reviewing and product 'buy-up' jobs are really convenient for extra cash. I love trying the products to review too.

Work for this company is really flexible. I used it to top up my regular part time job. Payment is regular and accurate.

Good company, interesting little jobs, very prompt communication when I need to speak to someone about any issue, good and prompt resolution of any issues, prompt payment.

Probably the best flexible working platform that I have come across. Easy communication and a variety of jobs available.

Helped me out of some tricky situations. Highly recommend

Pay me my salary. I worked from the 13th-15th of December 2022 and was not paid. I sent a mail and your response was that the IT department is looking into it. I then worked on the 20th December 2022 still did not received the payment for that week. You proceeded to pay me for the 20th of December on the 2nd of January 2023 and ignored what I am owed from 13th-15th of December 2022. Pay me what I am owed. Terrible customer service and scammers.

I have completed a range of jobs for Redwigwam from May 2022 onwards alongside my full time work, from mystery shopping to stacking shelves. Really enjoy the different tasks and have had fun doing it.

I worked a shift over a month ago and haven't been paid for it.

When I've contacted them they've informed me they're 'looking into it' yet I still haven't been paid.

Always chasing them too see why I haven't been paid, awful experience working for them.

People may complain but they are the best..

I have worked for a number of companies within the gig economy, and while they are not perfect due to IT issues, occasional IT problems & not all work descriptions not necessarily being proof read & checked, RedWigWam are still probably the best company in the sector that I have worked for.

There is usually a good range of jobs available in different sectors from mystery shopping to warehousing, and in that sector you do not expect the highest wages, but at the end of the day you choose what you do or do not want to apply for or accept, there is no pressure to do jobs you do not want to & the roles can normally be fitted in around other commitments.

As I said no company is perfect, IT issues will always crop up, but at least with RedWigWam problems are usually resolved quickly.

Good for alot of things, provide good feedback and get some quality items.

Briefs could be better, need to get back on top of these.

Filling in the form is really hard at time and not saving images unless you fill everything is, makes life harder.

Improve the form and up to a five. The chat has improved over the last few months, there did seem to be some slippage in quality, but stepping back up.

Hopefully get to a five stat review in the future

Very complicated sign on process. Unable to log on so had to use Google. Dreadful reporting interface on mobile (could do with conducting their own market research on their processes!) Zero answers to my questions on chat. Now unable to delete my account. Do NOT recommend Red Wigwam. Very disappointed.

I have decided to give 1 star because of the sign up process, I have signed up to many things over the years but this company’s sign up process is ridiculous! I feel like my identity is being cloned or something!! the amount of data they require before you can even view a job is crazy, passport and driving license upload/picture taken, enter all details from both documents, then they require you to download an app to confirm identity with facial recognition! And once again you are prompted to add your passport details again(again 😩) now this is being stored onto a random app in the App Store!! Sounds fishy!! Remember this is all before you can even seen a job advert, I assume to actually work for the company you may be required to run a marathon before you start! Avoid if you do not feel safe handing over this amount of information to people/company you do not know or trust

Love working for Redwigwam. It is has been a great opportunity to do different things - stock takes, product testing and packing online shopping. Whenever I have had a query it has been answered quickly and kindly. Would recommend!

Bloody rubbish - sent me email after email about the same thing and when I tried to cancel it couldn’t log me on - can’t run a decent website so I doubt they can run an agency - crap don’t waste your time
