It took me long time to fill all info. They asked too many questions with proof... after i couldn't book a job. I email them asking for help,and they email me back that i dont have 5 star point on my acc cos i didn't even 1 job. So i said thatb is my problem, i cant book one. So they yold me keep trying. Wth ? After 2 weeks i just deleted account. Waist of time. Useless.

I have just signed on with Redwigwam. I recently tried to get a review job with Amazon. I have had my Amazon account for years and have been reviewing my purchases for them for free, for a long time now.

I completed my E-Learning and then applied, but got a no, as I had zero stars apparently. When I looked at my account I have three, because I`m new to the platform.

Redwigwam ask for a lot of info in setting up our accounts. Its a rigmarole to have to go through and then you can`t get the job because you don`t have enough stars? Its like being treated like a three year old child in school. ☹️

The main reason I joined, was your good star rating on Trustpilot. I have handed over a lot of personal information, only to get nothing back. Its very early days and I hope that things will improve.

Been registered for years so far earned £6.50. Most jobs I can't book as I don't have high enough rating so very difficult to get anywhere with it. I've done loads of mystery shopping and field marketing work and could easily do the calls given the chance but they make it so difficult I rarely even bother logging in. And it's really annoying that you get texts about work so login search and book only to be told your ratings not good enough- don't offer it to me I'm the first place then!

Have worked with Red Wigwam for many years, they have a good variety of work, there is no commitment, they pay promptly and support you well!! Happy to recommend them.

I have found Red Wigwam very easy to work for with a variety of work available. I have had no issues at all. They have responded quickly to any queries and all the payments I have received have been correct.

Wasted my time trying in vain to sign up, but they want a birth certificate and a government letter showing my NI number. The certificate is fine, but the letter is impossible as I have been self-employed for the last two years and haven't received any letters recently showing my NI number. I don't receive letters full stop as it's all via email now, so their request is a silly one.

They say they're there to help but don't provide a way to contact them. Pointless.

UPDATE: I tried to take a video of myself with my birth certificate, but they want you to show your face and the certificate side by side. It's impossible. My certificate is A4-sized, so no matter what I did, it was always cut off. You can't even make it landscape. I gave up after three attempts.

It's one of the most frustrating processes I've come across. I won't be bothering again.

Good company to work for if you want to earn some extra cash to tide you over or to earn some top-up cash alongside your main work. There are some interesting types of temporary shifts, such as Spot A Job involving submitting details of opportunities to help yourself and other Red Wig Wamers, aswell as Data Entry tasks, Mystery Shopping assignments and mini Check and Fix shifts involving checking whether certain products are correctly available within retail establishments. The shift search facility is very easy to use which can be set up to a maximum travel distance of 70 miles. There are also other types of work available via the newly created Worker Pool where workers can apply and then wait for responses. All in all, a very good and recommded site.

This is a great company to work for. A high amount of available jobs. They pay quickly and sort any tax and national insurance.

I signed up with Redwigwam over a year ago and have worked on many different jobs with them. You decide when you get paid, either by day, every week or once a month. You decide when you work and the staff are very friendly. There is a live chat on their website for whenever you need any help. The jobs are good for students, parents or young people like me that do not want to work full time. I love working for them, you can trust this agency.

I use RedWigWam for temporary work and have always found them to be very helpful and provide good jobs. The online portal is really efficient and well managed.

Great company to work for to bring in a little extra cash. You're able to earn money doing things you enjoy and as it's very flexible so you can do it along side a full time job. I just wish there was more job availability so I could do more, bit I guess that can't be helped.
