Disgusting treatment from a terrible company
This company does not comply with the Data Protection Act 2018. They are not only unprofessional in their treatment of employees, they are also acting unlawfully. I started working for this company in 2016 as a mystery shopper while in my last year at university as a mature student. I took about 10 small jobs over about a year, before gaining a full time position with another company. This meant I had much less time for mystery shopping jobs. I changed my account profile to reflect this, but still received the same amount of job offers. Many of the workers sending the jobs impressed on me the urgency of the job and at times, almost begged for me to take it. It was uncomfortable and upsetting at times. I tried to close my account but couldn't find where to do this. My emails asking how to do this, received no replies. I eventually spammed an email and thankfully, the emails stopped. It wasn't until I tried to access my account the following summer, when I had time to take some mystery shopper jobs, that I realised they had This situation began when access to my access. When I emailed to ask why, they stated it was because I had 'spammed' an email from them. When I enquired about this I was not given any option to get access back. I decided I would just ask them to close the account as I thought this action was excessive. As I had no access myself, I could not do this through my account. They just ignored my emails. Every April I received P60's and every time I emailed, I was just ignored. Last year I persevered and kept emailing. I received confirmation by email in April, that this had finally happened but yet again, this year I received 5 p60's. They lied to me about closing my account! Not allowing me to close my account and have my personal information removed, is illegal. It's been 7 years, just remove my personal details! What could you possibly be gaining from keeping my information?

Flexible Side Hustle with Great Support
This has been a fantastic platform for finding flexible work! They consistently post various shifts, allowing me to pick whatever fits my schedule the best. Plus, their customer service is top-notch. 4year worker, great job explanations
I have used Redwigwam for the last 4 years and enjoy the range of jobs on offer. I didn't have experience with merchandising, but the briefs you receive are timely, well explained, use photos and explain what's expected. You can set the frequency you want to be paid after jobs are approved, you accrue holiday pay and there's a chat facility to enable support.

fake company, I registered recruitment agency for a job, no response from the company all that recruitment agency. Then you type in to chat box. No problems or you get is will get back to you and nothing happens avoid.

Absolutely awful company to work for
Absolutely awful company to work for. Absolutely no regard for mental health. I cancelled some jobs due to Illness and this was not taken into account and now my account is taken off the system. I am a migraine sufferer and this is discrimination.

Seems like a scam; misleading, uncontactable
Followed a job advert to this site. Had to register before I could apply, only to see a message that "this role has been filled or has expired". Feels like false advertising to get registrations. There is now no way to delete my account, the instructions provided on the site's live chat (after a long delay) don't work and the contact email address given on the site's privacy page bounces back with an autoreply of "Unfortunately this inbox is not used.". Now the site has my data and I have no way to opt out/request deletion, which is a breach of GDPR. The site says there's a complaints form accessible via the FAQ section but there is no FAQ section so I'm complaining here instead. I hope they see it.

*Update- After further investigation it is extremely unlikely that the identity fraud I experienced was connected to Redwigwam. However, the fact remains that the sign up process is long winded and leaves a client feeling very vulnerable. I have deleted my account but appreciate the response from Redwigwam to my initial review for Trustpilot.
I am really uneasy about this company. As others have mentioned, the sign up process requires handing over all your personal information. I did this, have had no jobs and a week later was the victim of identity fraud. Be very careful.
