Customer care absolutely disgusting.
I sent my phone (RedMagic 5G) 3 times, 2 for the same issue (phone didn't charge)
I wrote them an email 2 weeks ago, for the third time, because the phone doesn't charge again, asking for a final solution (exchange phone) and they never reply, only with automatic emails.
Please stay away from this people, useless and unreliable

I bought my Redmagic 6 pro on this website and the product itself is amazing, I also updated my phone and nothing wrong with it everything about it is good. I 100% recommended this site.

New update to my 5S broke all my apps and no help on the chat.
The Chat with a "service" person didn't read my messages and never answered my questions. Keept dodging my questions.
Now i can't use my phone at all with no help to find or get...
Really dont buy anything from redmagic.gg

My phone Red Magic 5g I make a reboot and stop working I ask for help to support one month try to communicate never answer my email and my still not working

Ordered three phones at once and I had nothing received. I got an auto-mail because my order, which was created more than two weeks ago, is now completed... Later I got an email that there was an error with the shipping and they will resend the three phones... But again, the tracking status didn't change - There was no shipment at all.

Over more than two weeks I sent them five emails, also regarding a EU tax conform invoice. They answered only on the very first email..., which mean there was also no response regarding the shipping status (or the missing shipping).

Now I'm opening a conflict ticket on PayPal.

Recently bought my phone from RedMagic, the RedMagic 5G, and it's really good, gaming is extremely good and using some emulators it can replace a gaming pc.

I purchased 2 red magic 3s on both phones the proximity sensor is broken, both phone freeze pretty often. I tried to resolved this with Red magic so celled customer service - let just say i got nowhere. Lucky i paid with credit card so im in process of claim.

The value for money is great, the phone is a beast in terms of hardware. Initially the software was a problem, however two updates have arrived and at this moment it is great. It has a great positive point and is the integration with Google, Google keyboard, news and a clean launcher without bringing unnecessary applications installed. From me everything great and I highly recommend it.

bad hardware, bad software and no after sale support

Have my red magic 5G since launch and love every bit of it. I got the US version and everything worked fine. Nubia seems to be on there A game with updates every month tweaking and fixing any issues people are having. I'm very happy to take the chance on this phone and leave Samsung and those overpriced phones with less features.

I have the RedMagic 5g mobile phone, bought it just around 3 months ago. SO yesterday my phone decided it will stop charging, had it plugged in over the night with the original charger and cable and in the morning I had less battery than when I've put it to charge a night before. So it stopped charging and now is dead. If you have any problems, don't even bother to try and contact them, they're usless and they'll be ignoring you. It's not the first time when something goes wrong when buying things from them, I just really wanted one of their phones and until now that costed me just above £900 . My advice to you guys, don't risk it unless you're loaded and you really have nothing to do with your money.

Ordered on Saturday morning, today (wednesday) and not even shipped. They promised for standard shipping that the processing was 2 days. Shame on them they should upgrade my shipping to priority for their delay.

I was a bit sceptical about ordering based off the review I have seen on this site. I decided to go through with my order of the redmagic 5g. I ordered it on a Friday evening. It was sent out for shipping on the Monday. I had the phone by Wednesday. Extremely happy with the delivery of the phone. The phone itself is amazing so far, and can not complain. The screen is amazing, the camera is amazing. The phone itself is all-round fantastic. Love the customisable LEDs on the back of the phone, and the fan is just a game changer for me. Ordered with case which is good quality, and sturdy. Overall so far I am extremely happy, and would highly recommend ordering from Redmagic.gg only issue I have found with software is that when installing all's it does not put a shortcut onto the screen until you have restarted the phone, but that's not a big deal for me. Everything else software related as worked fine.

Just got new Red Magic gaming phone, like it so much.
