Don't buy anything from them, complete scam
Where to start.
Bought a Redmagic 7 to replace my Razer I'd had for 4 years and thought that I'd go for another 'gaming' phone after the Razer due to my good experience with it.
Ordered the phone in early July and it took until August to arrive, and that was with me having to chase the delivery for almost two weeks then wait almost another two for it to actually turn up.
After it eventually came, I was provided with a charger that wasn't the correct type for my country and was given a cheap European to UK adapter which the charger itself would fall out of because of its own weight.
The OS was an absolute nightmare. Trying to even change the default launcher took Google searches and a number of YouTube videos to ensure I got to the right setting otherwise any and all changes were reset.
The loud speaker on calls would frequently swap between the top and bottom speakers, breaking up calls with interruptions and changes in audio quality and volume.
Apps would frequently crash and for a device boasting 12GB of memory, multi tasking was non existent.
The fingerprint sensor was buggy at best, sometimes never recognising my prints then having no issues multiple times in a row, only to again, not work
These are the standout errors.
After a couple of months, the touch screen started to have glitches that I initially thought were due to the screen protector that came with the phone out of the box, so I changed that to the official glass one that I bought with the device and when the glitches continued. I got in touch of Redmagic who asked for a screen recording of the touch screen not responding.
After explaining how that was not going to happen, and being dismissed by support, the touch screen completely failed rendering the device useless.
Under three months and I was left with an expensive paperweight.
RedMagic have now told me that because I'm past the 15 day returns policy, I can't have a refund on the faulty device and keep passing my ticket from department to department either saying nothing or asking for software info and screen recordings I literally can't provide.
Absolute waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs.

It was quite good value to performance, at least if you can look past the bloatware.
but this week it stopped charging , the phone is 2.5 years old.
I contacted service and they gave me basically no advice or reason for this issue.
All I got was you are out of warranty you have to pay for repair and shipping.
When I asked how much they told me to call some number in czech republic. I guess my fault trusting a cheaper company and expecting some kind of support, 6 months out of warranty and I might as well buy a new phone. Well for sure won't be from nubia.
The phone was never used outside has skin to protect it never even put in my pocket, its only been used for gaming inside at home. And then one day to the next just totally fails, very clearly fabrication fault but still I get the bill.
Shame on you Nubia
Update: just got a reply from the service centre:

I love this phone.. But the crashes are consistent
This phone was great when I bought it back in March. Through the past British summer heatwaves it was working perfectly, better than my old phone which overheated in the car.
Sadly I then got an update and its now pure S**t. Crashes occur on every app, I'm also getting crashes when I'm not using the phone!! Thankfully Spotify is the one app which doesn't crash as much.
I'm going to continue to use this phone for 1 - 2 months and then upping to the S22 Ultra
ZTE/NUBIA are not worth it.
Only thing Nubia(the parent company) is good at is hardware and nothing else. Software is garbage, support is garbage. Good value but still not worth it. The translations were rushed and there are typos and bugs everywhere

Phone screen leeked within a week of getting the phone they claimed it was water damaged until I provided proof then kept sending me label that don't allow to be sent. Just don't bother with companies like this.
Very Disappointed In The Huge DELAY For My Replacement
I bought a Red Magic 7 Supernova 18gb of Ram
2 weeks of using it it gave me nothing but
issues everyday while playing COD multiplayer.
They were able to give me a new replacement
so I took my device to fedex to be shipped out to
them and they received my device on June 15th
and its now June 30th over 2 weeks since they
received my device and I STILL HAVENT
RECEIVED MY NEW REPLACEMENT im very
disappointed and wouldn't recommend buying
from here again I learned my lesson. The policy
says 3-15 business days for a replacement to be
issued and tomorrow will = 12 business days
since they received my phone this is legit BS I
was hoping and expecting my replacement to be
shipped to me within 3-5 days. I feel very let
down and disappointed never again will I waste
§ for another Red Magic. I just hope they see
this so they can stop slacking it shouldn't be
taking this long to send out a new phone I
just hope by the time I get my new replacement
the wait was worth it and I no longer receive
issues while gaming.

If there is a minus 100 stars, that would not be enough to say how bad this phone is... I was really excited in the beginning about this phone (RedMagic 5s), but as you go along all the problems start and I don't even know where to begin... software beyond criticism, would not waste words on that. Fan is a joke, overheating is a normal experience, probably could cook my breakfast on the phone. Triggers work when they want, screen unresponsive so often... I could go on for a while about how bad this phone is but I think I've wasted enough of my time on explanations... bottom line... Don't buy this phone unless you want a nightmare!!! BTW, Redmagic bluetooth headphones... bigger joke than the phone.
Redmagic 6S Pro (16/256) Software = disaster, STAY AWAY!!!
Redmagic 6S Pro user (16/256) Cyberghost edition (transparent).
Device? Itself is solid, no word to it.
But software? A joke, the software is really terrible and crap.
Support is a joke.
They released even to stable-version a faulty OS that can really mess-up device calculations, because at 76% device was full but it kept charge until device battery circuit said "hey, hold on battery reached 4.5V it's overcurrent im cutting charge". So yeah dangerous right? I reported, they REFUSED their mistake and we exchanged 20-30 mails til they accepted it. Sent videos, and measurements to prove it.
The device has ram leak, it has also a problem where in some occasions CPU gets stuck in 100% frequency, the 4 tiny cores.
The 3 big clusters gets activated very frequently and closes. The Prime core turns on and off, no need for that why your software makes it so responsive?
In short, from initial purchase the device was battery-friendly good game phone and normal daily-phone but it had CPU stuck issue which caused extreme over-heat and me having to restart device to fix it which didn't always solve my issue neither.
The software is so bad, the company tries make the phone each update intentionally worse, by making cores run more without even the necessary to use! I play a game that isn't even demanding but this phone? It locks 4 small cores and 3 big cores + sometimes even the prime core.
But prior update 7-8 months ago there was no need for the big cores to run. The prime core would almost never run! And small cores would just run at 40% - 70% only.
The game is GPU demanding, not CPU, so why Nubia makes devices run in high-cpu with problem of having the CPU spike randomly to 100% and then 3 big cores running at 30-40% and prime core 7-20%?
This is a garbage chinese company, never buy from them any phone.
Go to OnePlus, im not even kidding! This phone is garbage, i swear i will never ever buy any gaming phone because software is garbage! The phone just gets crap softwares after initial release.
Just, please take my word and don't buy.
As a tech savy person who understands alot about devices, this device is a big red-flag because there is no firmwares in internet, no contact directly with devs, no community, no rom, no support, nothing. If you brick it, you're done, no support to fix it.
Not kidding, their focus is chinese/asian market and not EU but they try their best to catch EU's eyes.
Please guys, save yourself from the trouble and buy OnePlus or Xiaomi or Huawei, but not phone from this company or any other gaming phone.
Even other gaming phones are having issues, and don't believe youtube reviews.
They do reviews from surface, no in-depth detailed reviews. Don't fall for that, the device looks sick and it's really a good quality device, i have no word for it but software is truly garbage so it makes it not worth it.
Software is everything.
Now phone can't even be used to play without heating when the weather ambient temperature is 24 celcius.
The fan? It's a joke, it's gimmick.
It's just a accesory to make it look nice, don't fall for it.
Just buy a normal proper phone and buy a phone cooler, that is the way. The built-in fan is all 100% crap and useless, they will only function in winter when climate is very cold, so it can circulate the ambient temperature air into the phone internals to cool it, other than that, it's useless. But again, even if it's cold outside, the phone wont heat because of the cold temperature outside, so my point is the fan is non-sense.
Save your money, rate this company 1 too and move on, save people's money and stop feed these chinese hungry devs who intentionally makes crap softwares espepcially with the software updates.
The website and descriptions and spec sheet etc all makes you think it's a crazy damn good device with OP features and cooling mechanism etc, but i swear, it's all fake and marketing.
The CPU easily hits 50C, the battery hits 40 if playing normal mid-game.
If i plug and charge, battery hits 44-45 celcius.
If i plug and play with "charge separation" it hits 41celcius.
The "Charge Separation" is fake. It just holds the charge voltage in a constant voltage so it doesn't charge phone but nor does it discharge, it gives current exact in amount the phone charges/drains from battery.
So, no, it's non-sense feature and totally fake.
Chinese people got Android 12 version of this phone already but EU/NA users for 3 months still haven't got the Android 12.
And chinese users full of complains in their forum that each update just makes this device run hotter.
People said they are afraid it will explode in their face.
People in china even commented they are literally unable to hold the phone or touch screen because it gets sooo hot that it becomes impossible to hold the device.
OnePlus mate, go for it, had the 3 and 7Pro, willl go next time for 11-12Pro.

Additional commentary: I use my Red Magic® 7 18/256 about 1.5 months, i play in PS2® games using AetherSX2® emulator, Gran turismo 4® have stable 60fps in 1080i + 2x ps2 resolution, NFS Pro Street® almost stable 50 fps in Drag, Drift & Speed disciplines, but in GRIP i have 50 fps only when I'm not seeing my opponents
165HZ works well, very fast display without cuts for selfie camera
In-phone fan not so useful, but Red Magic® Turbo cooler seems so useful, sometimes i seeing water under cooler, because low temperature
Cameras not so good (honor® play 2018 have same quality photos LMAO)
Battery have fast 65w charging in global version, 0-100% around 30 minutes, in emulator games i have around 2.5hrs. time to play (100%-0%)

Do not buy their phones. these f****** wont send me a prepaid label for a return even when their device freezes many times on the first day?? they reply making excuses. And those specs they claim are false. It's a super slow phone! and if you play pubg, be prepared to have your game suddenly freeze and can't even exit even pressing the back button many times! refresh rate at 60hz even for simple browsing! They think most people don't check the specs! I checked with multiple sources and they still deny it. I even sent them screenshots and videos of the frozen screen for proof.

If you buy from Red Magic (Nubia), just make sure you never send it to them for repairs. They'll give you bad instructions and leave you without a phone for months without resolution. Can't recommend them.
I can prove that the mistake was made on their end; it's all documented. I've basically been given a variety of mostly copy and pasted responses since the issue was found (they gave me bad instructions on where to send the phone, and now it is lost). They've made no effort to offer a solution of any kind, just pushed off my issue for another few days over and over by asking me to be patient repeatedly. I've been without a phone from just about the beginning of November 2021 to now (January7, 2022). Zero solutions offered.

People are trippin here. I got my Red Magic 5G on Amazon. I had it delivered good and I'm right now typing on it. It depends on where you shop online. Be sure the carrier of where you buy it is legitimate. I bought mine on Amazon and I definitely and realistically received my Redmagic 5g Phone. Super fast and super smart camera!!!
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Broke my phone, can't fix it. And there are no stores in the UK to fix it, what do i do? Sent 2 email, it has been 7 months, still no reply.

I haven't even received the phone yet and already having problems. Whoever shipped the phone wrote out the shipping information completely wrong.. total value on the label was 340usd, which was wrong, it's 700usd or £509. Its down as a personal effect, which is also wrong.
As a result, it might not even make it into the country as customs will hold it in the UK, or charge me a silly amount to deliver it. All of this just to avoid paying extra to deliver it.

Bought the Red Magic 6, arrive in 4 days, perfect conditions, great phone, i have no words to describe it, its just amazing. Customer service great they respond to my every questions about shipping, customs, they where just great
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY!!! Ordered 6 Pro which took forever to arrive only to be completely bugged with various faults. Spent £62 ($100) for calling the technical hotline who sounded confused as if they were reading a script and didn't do jazz by advising to reset the phone & download the latest update. It took another month to receive the correct reply regarding returning the phone for a full refund (they disregarded my inquiry regarding the phone call charge). It took only 2-3 days for DHL to deliver the phone which annoyingly I had to chase Red Magic again for the correct information regarding my refund as the phone was returned over a month with same status 'waiting'. Sadly the information was another canned response and incorrect as they said my refund had been issued and to contact my bank. I spoke with my bank who confirmed it had not been received neither pending. I emailed Red Magic to confirm the date they refunded only to be responded with identical canned responses. I then gave up and called my bank who filed a chargeback. I lost money and time in the most frustrating way you can imagine, I strongly advise you to STAY AWAY.
