I bought a REDMAGIC 10 phone on the official website with the protective shell and screen.
The reception was very fast and the phone is of good quality.
On the other hand, after 4 days of use, all it took was a small shock from the front (let go a bit roughly on the screen side) to break the protective shell and the device's screen.
I went back to the sales department, who told me there was nothing they could do for me, that the screen protector wasn't designed to protect the screen, but simply to prevent scratches.
In short, it's a quality phone as long as it's safe.
The glass is quite expensive for a layer of plastic, and so is the protective shell with cooling system. (The most expensive).
So I'm getting away with a 300 euro repair, excluding tax, to change the screen, i.e. half the price of the screen.

No refund for returned phone
Returned the phone more than a month.

Their refund policy is illegal
Their refund policy goes against German law which is in use when buying from Germany. They won't take back headphones a few days after arrival. According to German law I don't even need a reason to send it back in the first 14 days, but they demand one. I told them that the app is not good also the battery life is pretty bad. They refuse to take them back even than I pay the shipping fee. Won't buy anything from Redmagic again. Stay away.
Avoid!!!!
Avoid buying from them. Their customer service team does not even speak english and they are using pre-written scripts or just simply ignore you and you won't hear back from them.
They are not helping you with any issue you have.
Sadly as they are a Chinese company there's not much we can do against this thief, liar company.
If you really want a redmagic device, chose a 3rd party seller.
Terrible costumer service, missing package
I ordered a RedMagic 10 Pro before Christmas and hasn't been delivered. I never received the smartphone, on the tracking is just a photo with a box in front of a door, I've sent numerous emails to RedMagic customer service and I always get the same reply, that is under investigation, it's been more than 3 weeks, I haven't received my phone and no refund either, if something goes wrong be prepared to get support equal to 0. Please stay away from them if you don't want to lose your money.

There devices would actually be…
There devices would actually be perfection if only for one thing. I am not sure why they throttle or decrease the antenna power for there devices. There thing is gaming devices and for a good gaming device you need a very fast connection. I know putting the antenna setting on high can drain the battery and create heat. The thing is they should let the customer choose the setting they want. Just like they have diablo setting in red magic 9 and 10. Let the customer choose and give them a warning before they activate. Throttling the antenna power for a device makes it pretty much useless.

I bought 2 phones from Redmagic and one has issues with the glass screen not being completely flat and having bubbles in the same spots with every glass screen protector installed, and even at phone service the guy there had the same issue!
Redmagic customer service doesn't want to check the phone and said I am not professional enough to install a glass protector correctly although I installed more than 100 glass screen protectors until now and even the guy from the local phone service couldn't fix this unless he uses some liquid to fill the gaps!
Keep away from their products unless you want to buy another phone after a while because they do not have an actual warranty!

J'étais sceptique à commander un smartphone sur leur site suite aux avis sur trustpilot, de mon côté la commande, c'est bien passé.
Livraison du smartphone en 48H pour un délai de neuf jours annoncé.
Je pense que seuls les personnes qui ont eu une mauvaise expérience (qui en plus n'est pas forcément du fait de redmagic) ont écrit un avis qui du coup est négatif.
Un très bon site et de très bons produits, je recommande.

No way were they going to waive it.
I reluctantly paid the charge as my son had specifically asked for it as an Xmas present. However, there's no way I'd ever do business with these sharks again. From reading the other reviews on here, it seems I'm not alone. This company is one to avoid, no matter how seductive their products might look.

Ho chiesto la restituzione dopo 7 giorni e mi hanno palleggiato per altri 15 chiedendo perché non fossi soddisfatto, che erano dispiaciuti ecc.. morale è che adesso mi dicono che il tempo è scaduto e non mi accettano il reso, ma il cellulare è ancora nel loro centro assistenza in'riparazione' a mie spese!!!! Puchased from their global online site and they shipped the item with Fedex with lower declared value so ofcourse customs will hold it until their estimated tax is paid. I refused their delivery because it does not match what I paid for in value. They won't even reply to my refund request. Save yourself from trouble and avoid this company.

Ich hatte bis Anfang/Mitte 2024 noch das Redmagic 6s Pro.
Das war/ist das beste Smartphone was ich jemals besessen oder benutzen habe!!
Der Preis Hammer, Hammer Leistung, ultraschnelle Ladung, 165hz, und wegen vorbestellen gratis Buds, die auch richtig richtig gut sind bzw waren, und und und...
Sogar die Smartwatch habe ich damals bekommen, und würde sie auch heute noch nutzten. Beides funktioniert mit dem 9s Pro aber nicht mehr wirklich richtig gut.
2024 war es dann zeit für ein neues Smartphone.
Release war grade das RedMagic 9s Pro, also zugeschlagen trotz unverschämten Preis.
Ich weiss nicht wo ich anfangen soll.

Stattdessen gibt es jetzt MORA, einenl KI die man weder deinstallieren noch ausschalten kann! Und die meinen Puls schon 50 mal auf 200 gebracht hat!!!
Einen Ton oder Song für den Wecker brauch man garnicht erst einstellen, weil MORA immer ihren guten "Morgen Satz" sagt....
Und dann an die Wand fliegt...

@RedMagic sorgt dafür daß man die abschalten kann wenn man die nicht will. Diese blöde Schl.. Nervt extrem und raubt mit den letzten Nerv!!!!!
Dazu kommt jetzt der Zweite Punkt, der nach Mora, dieses Smartphone einfach nur schlecht macht.
Alle Redmagic Apps wie z.B. der Kalender, die Gallerie, wurden durch die Cloud Variante von Google ausgetauscht. Wenn man aber seinen Kalender nicht mit Google teilen möchte, bzw nicht seine Termine in die Cloud hochladen will. Oder evt hat man ja gar kein Google-Account.
Hat man ein Problem.
Ich musste mir fast alle Apps von Drittanbietern aus dem Play Store raus suchen und runter laden. Was richtig viel Speicher und Zeit gekostet hat.
Es ist jetzt sogar so weit, das ich das 9s Pro zum telefonieren und WhatsApp nehme, aber diese Bewertung z.B. habe ich auf dem RedMagic 6s Pro geschrieben.
Ich kann nur jeden raten, sich kein Smartphone von dieser Firma zu kaufen! Und wer unbedingt eins haben will, sollte sich Videos bei YT angucken!
Mein nächstes Smartphone wird wieder ein Samsung werden. Mein letztes war mal das S7.
Und wahrscheinlich passiert das noch bevor die Garantie von diesem hier ausläuft...
Eine Konstruktive Antwort von Red Magic zu den ganzen Sachen wäre wünschenswert, aber so wie der nächste Lotto Gewinn auch, deutlich unwahrscheinlich.
