Pésimo servicio al cliente y reparación

En Junio compre un teléfono móvil RedMagic 10S Pro para un regalo, a comienzos de Agosto comenzó a fallar con un tema de la señal que no recibía ni 4G ni 5G, con el móvil en garantía y luego de mes y medio intercambiando correos donde me pedían hacerle infinidad de pruebas al móvil, finalmente me dijeron para enviarlo al servicio técnico, lo cual es un centro de reparación de varias marcas en República Checa, según ellos en 10 días ya tendría de vuelta el móvil reparado, pero va más de un mes desde que lo recibieron en el taller y no se nada todavía.
Primera y última vez que confío en esta marca.
Mucho hype de móviles gaming pero realmente fatal.

Wenn ein 999 Euro Handy nach dem…

Wenn ein 999-Euro-Handy nach dem ersten Sturz trotz Nubia-Hülle und Bildschirmschutz nicht einmal drei Monate nach dem Kauf bereits einen fehlerhaften Touchscreen hat, hätte ich mir vom Hersteller einen deutlich kundenfreundlicheren Umgang gewünscht. Die Reparatur wird in Tschechien durchgeführt, der telefonische Support läuft über Hongkong, und der gesamte Kontakt findet ausschließlich auf Englisch statt. Ich erhielt dabei etwa eine Antwort pro Tag, was für mich sehr unpraktisch war.

Nach meinem Eindruck basiert ein Teil des Supports auf automatisierten Antworten, und meine Bewertung auf judge.me — der Plattform, die Nubia selbst für Produktbewertungen angibt — wurde bisher nicht veröffentlicht. Insgesamt hatte ich das Gefühl, dass der Kundenservice hauptsächlich mit standardisierten Textbausteinen arbeitet und wenig individuell auf mein Anliegen eingeht.

Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung kann ich den Service leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
Der Shop stellt mir auch auf mehrfache Nachfrage und Hinweis auf die Rechtsgrundlage keine Rechnung nach europäischen Recht mit Mehrwertsteuer und Steuernummer aus.

If a €999 smartphone already develops a faulty touchscreen less than three months after purchase — after the first drop, despite using a Nubia case and screen protector — I would have expected a far more customer-friendly response from the manufacturer. The repair is carried out in the Czech Republic, phone support runs through Hong Kong, and all communication takes place exclusively in English. I received roughly one reply per day, which was very inconvenient for me.

In my experience, part of the support seems to rely on automated responses, and my review on judge.me — the platform Nubia themselves link to for product reviews — has not been published so far. Overall, I had the impression that customer service mainly works with standardized text modules and responds very little to my specific issue.

Based on this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend the service.
Even after multiple requests and pointing out the legal basis, the shop still refuses to issue an invoice compliant with European law, including VAT and a tax number.

Chiusura de hotspot anche se impostato su mai.
Mancata segnalazione di avvisi sulla messaggistica anche se abilitata la funzione di background manuale.

I’ve been waiting since August 17 for a refund and postage reimbursement after returning my faulty RedMagic tablet — which RedMagic already confirmed they received.

After 50+ emails and no action, I’m extremely disappointed with their customer service. This has gone on far too long.

Please process my refund immediately, or I’ll have to escalate this formally through PayPal and consumer authorities.

To others reading this: please think very carefully before purchasing from RedMagic — my experience has been nothing but delays, excuses, and frustration.

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service - I only ordered a day ago and contacted them to cancel… that’s where it all went wrong… fobbed off with excuse after excuse and they actually want me to wait for shipping from Hong Kong to be delivered to the uk and then return it before starting my refund… the item hasn’t even shipped yet. I wish I’d read these reviews first. AVOID

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Broken Promises and No Shipment

I placed an order with REDMAGIC on July 28, 2025, as part of their Early Bird campaign. Since then, I have received multiple promises from customer support stating that the product would be shipped — first within 5 business days, then within 1–3 business days.

As of today (August 12, 2025), I have received neither a tracking number nor confirmation of shipment.
Worse yet, every response from support has been a copy-paste template with vague reassurances and no actual follow-up or resolution.

I’ve waited over two weeks, sent multiple emails, and even received conflicting information (such as a shipping date of August 30th, then back to 1–3 days). This is completely unacceptable from a brand that markets itself as premium and gamer-focused.

What REDMAGIC needs to improve:

Provide real, timely updates — not just scripted responses

Respect shipping deadlines they commit to

Deliver promised gifts and campaign benefits (such as Early Bird bonuses)

Empower customer service teams to give actual solutions

will be sharing this experience publicly to help other buyers make an informed decision.

Magic Red 10s PRO👎

Ho comprato un telefono, ultimo modello, 10s pro, e devo dire che, visto il mio telefono precedente, un Samsung, come sistema operativo,rubrica, impostazioni,l'assenza di una galleria (il telefono ne è sprovvisto, se non in app e a pagamento), devo dire che si fanno passi enormi per alcuni aspetti, ma non curano i dettagli, cosa che Samsung fa egregiamente. Un ultima cosa, ho sentito diverse opinioni da diverse fonti e tutti ad osannare il telefono. Apparte la sfera dei giochi, tutto il resto è opera un po' stantia.

The worst support ever

Stop buying they're products. The phones are faulty and they're support will not help you. I waste 3 weeks explain to them my Bluetooth is not working. And I got 15 email's with apologies we do our best. Yea they doing they best to avoid customers. The phone's are faulty and they know that. They don't take return or replace the phone. Scammers.

I ordered a Red Magic Astra tablet on…

I ordered a Red Magic Astra tablet on July 15th (order number RMGEU70454).
Due to a small mistake in the shipping address (missing postal code), the package could not be delivered and was returned to sender around July 20th (tracking number: 00340434799845002606).

Since then, I have contacted Red Magic support almost daily. Each time I receive the same response: "Your case has been escalated, please wait."
It has been more than two weeks, and still no real update, solution, or action.

I paid for the product in full and do not want a refund — I want the product I ordered to be resent to the correct address.
If I do not receive a clear response within 48 hours, I will open a dispute through my payment provider and make this case public.

Extremely disappointed with the level of service.

Big NO to RedMagic

Whatever you do don't waste your money in those phones, I bought a RedMagic 10S Pro and sux.
Battery drain way to fast and I don't use it in gaming almost not at all. Maybe 30 minutes maximum per day. When charging it heats up, burns literally can't hold it in hand. I feel like this phone was used before because it's not giving a new quality phone.
Performance is fine but definitely not worth the money!
tbh I want my money back!

I sent my RedMagic 8 Pro to their official repair center under case number ZTE0003067 in early June 2025.
After weeks of silence, unclear communication, and conflicting responses, they finally admitted the device was out of warranty and said they would return it unrepaired.

That was days ago.
Still no shipment, no tracking number, and no clear deadline.

I informed them I am traveling on July 15th, yet no urgency from their side.

I will escalate this legally if my phone is not returned in time.
Totally unacceptable service for a premium gaming brand.

I bought a Phone last month on the 29th of May. The phone returned to the sender due wrong delivery address.
Since then I kept asking for an update and I keep receiving the same useless and annoying message that they understand my frustration but no one take any actions.

Extremely bad Customer Service and extremely bad management.

Brilliant bit of kit for the money.

Brilliant bit of kit for the money. The 9s Pro which I sold recently, was very smart and well designed. The camera performance was certainly good enough for my needs and I would say very good indeed. The gaming area allows tweaks to performance etc.
Overall phone performance again was very good.
The main criticism is the fact that Redmagic do not seem to update the software very often if at all. If you are using the phone for banking etc., then I would expect at least the security patches to be updated. I'd had zero updates since the phone was new so I decided to sell. I'd definitely have another one if Redmagic decide to keep the software updated for at least a couple of years.

I want to warn everyone—don’t buy RedMagic phones. I had a terrible experience with their support. I reached out multiple times for warranty help on my RedMagic 8 Pro (with all the proof—IMEI, registered warranty, etc.), and they just ignored me. No solution. It’s sad to see a company with such good hardware care so little about customers. Save yourself the stress and choose a brand that respects buyers.
