I bought a ticket to Singapour with a cancellation / refund insurrance.
There is NO WAY to contact Redbus at ALL if you want to ask anything.
No email, to phone number, no online tool works in order to let you cancel your ticket and/or just to ask a question.

I tried to contact 4 different phone number and NOBODY wanted to help me with this matter.

I paid for extra insurance, but I couldn't get any refund because their service is 0/10

Ce sont des voleurs. Ils font payer pour l'impression d'un ticket qu'on je reçoit jamais.
Quand on fait une réclamation client ils nous disent d'aller sur un lien qui ne fonctionne pas.

Find out my bus cancel 15 minutes before depart from counter ticket. They already inform redbus about cancellation more than 24 hours but theres no email for me? They responded because of double shift so got miscommunication.

Avoid this company! Better look to different platforms to book your travel tickets.
They don’t care and don’t understand the people.

Kesatuan bus please romove from your app ..dont make other prople suffer, ur own people give reviews 4.5 star to kesatuan bus is it,the worse bus service should below 1 star 0.0000000 star. I booked 2 tic from lumut to tbs ..weekdays supposed reach kl in 3 hour ,its took 6 hour, from lumut bus went into aman jaya ipoh, 2 hour, from aman jaya ipoh red bus agent come n tell bus rosak ,masuk bangkel...same reason with everyone read the review honest review in app, saying bus masuk bangkel all turun change bus ,waited another bus came board in took 4 hour to reach tbs , its stop so many stops..wasting time money bcz reached tbs , had to pay expensive grab charge to back home...dont cheat please ..so far ..i have booked other bus from this app no problem at all.

I booked a bus for 2.30am on the 20th of February. The bus hadnt arrived even by 3.45am. I tried calling redbus - no answer. In fact the call option on the app disappeared completely. Then I tried calling the bus company - no answer. I took videos of me at the location highlighting the time to use in case of a dispute over the refund (there should not have been as I paid extra for a no questions asked refund guarantee) and left. On the way home I finally get a call from the bus operator that the bus has arrived and that I am being considered as "Did not board". It was 4.00am. I told him where he could stick it as I was by then. Thanks to redbus and its horrible suppliers I missed a job interview in Singapore and to top it all off Redbus took the side of the bus operator and refused my refund. I also had a return ticket from Singapore which I had paid extra for a refund guarantee. When I tried to cancel it on the app and on the website redbus did not allow me. I called them and informed them of this and they said they would refund me. GUESS WHAT - same story - the operators has classified me as did not board. Redbus are monsters and you should NEVER EVER EVER use them.

Actually i buy a ticket on 9:30 am from redbus Pasir gudang to kamunting its worth of rm86 something. And then at the bus station i print out the ticket. Then the staff give DDQ6666 number plat of the bus which is STAR MART BUS. Then the time will 9:40 ready the DDQ6666 bus not come. Then i ask at counter they told me to take the another number plate of bus. I dont remember the bus number acutally i think start with A something. So its not my problem. So at the day i didnt attend the bus. They waste my money and they didnt refund too. Very irresponsible . And then the star mart bus driver also very tereible and irresponsible.

please anyone dont buy ticket with the redbuss company! its totally damage is done. we are waiting 2 hours before departure. its really worst!!! bus not coming in. my family is tired!! its bad shit! i swear to god. may god not bless you all and company. scammer alert!

Bad. The boarding time was 4:00 PM on february 1, 2025 from kuala lumpur central to Ipoh. The bus was late and came to kuala central at 4:45 PM. Then he drove for 30 minutes and then he re come back to kuala lumpur central to took new passengers. It was not indicated on the ticket that he will do that. We lost lot of time.

I booked a round trip Cameron - KL. By mistake I chose the wrong day. You can't have it refunded or rescheduled less than 24 before the trip. That was fine

I processed to reschedule the way back trip which is 2 days before departure. The website didn't let me to. EVEN THOUGH they clearly stated that I can cancel the trip before the 5.30pm (see photo) below.

Called them, they said it can be reschedule for round trip! Scammer, lying straight to your face. When you say you can send them the screenshot on the app, denied it.

Fine to lose those ticket, gonna book somewhere else. SCAMMER

Bad operation from the management, booked the seat, booked the ticket, at the end, they don’t control the seat, no seat checkin before departure, RUDE attitude from staff counter, there’s literally more than 50% of people confuse on the notice board that published the timing, when we went to ask for clarification on the timing, the staff doesn’t give a F about our question and just told us to follow the time.

try to call nobody pick up the call . stupid apps , waste my time . say can refund and email to this and that last2 cannot refund la . stupid !!!!!!!!!

Attention arnaque. Impossibilité d'annuler une réservation dans les délais indiqués. Blocage systématique de leur application.

Very unresponsible stuff and the suk apps，i have been cancel by the supernice at Dec ，and they said will return my money in 2 weeks，but once i call to customer service，they skip to answer me ，and till now almost 1 month i still not receive my money back

Avoid at all costs. My experience with RedBus was infuriating, unsafe, unprofessional, and plagued by poor communication and delays. They are just a middleman booking tickets and couldn’t care less about your journey. There’s no real customer service—just a barely functioning bot on their website, and it’s nearly impossible to lodge a complaint.

Our scheduled 8 PM bus from Lumut (VAQ 8599) didn’t show up, abandoning two families in a small town at night without notice. No call, no text—nothing. The only RedBus driver on-site rudely waved us off, shut his bus window, and hid at the back of his bus scrolling on his phone. After 45 minutes of frustration, I had to convince another company’s staff to call the RedBus desk.

The ordeal continued with reckless driving at 110kph, poor-quality vehicles, delays at every turn, and zero communication. A last-minute announcement to switch buses came with no apology or acknowledgment of the chaos.

RedBus completely failed its passengers. If I hadn’t taken action, we’d have been stranded all night. Avoid this company.

The worst company on earth..they stole my money after I canceled tickets... They said they will refund me but they did not...I wish you go to hell

On Dec 1, 2024, at 18:20, I was present on the 1st floor of KLIA2 and was directed to pay an additional RM1 fee. I was then instructed to proceed to gate B8 as there was no staff at A1, and the information board was not operational.
I waited at gate B8 until 18:45, but no bus arrived. A staff member with a name tag informed me of a delay, and the bus finally arrived at 21:00, departing at 21:15. Upon arriving at Melaka Sentral, I encountered further issues as the driver initially refused to take me to Mahkota Medical Center, the designated drop-off point on my ticket. After I insisted, the driver eventually stated that they could only take me to Mahkota Medical Center at 12:00 AM when the access gate to the area would be opened. As of now, at 23:50 on December 1, I am still waiting at Melaka Sentral, hoping this information is accurate.
This situation has caused significant disruption to my plans, including a delayed meeting and the risk of losing my hotel booking.

This app is an absolute joke. You might get your ticket, or you might not—it’s a complete toss-up. And when things go wrong (which they will), don’t even bother trying to reach customer service. They’re either impossible to contact or blatantly ignore you.

They market themselves as offering options from various companies, but it’s all a scam—run by the same shady entity. Of course, this means endless headaches trying to find your ride.

Frankly, this is unacceptable. Businesses like this have no place operating, and I sincerely hope they go bankrupt sooner rather than later. Disgraceful!

Diorang tak jual tiket bas je, tiket/pakej trip pun adaaaaaa. Saya ada beli 3 pakej utk trip naik jeep area jogjakarta. 2 daripada 3 pakej tu, contact numbers given are reachable. 1 pakej lagi, contacted person kata dia takpernah ada account redbus and tak ada iklan pakej diorang kat redbus. THE PROBLEM IS, nak complaint kat redbus susah. Customer service tak friendly langsung, hantar email pun tak reply. Nak apply refund pun tak ada button. Stress betul rasa. Taktahu nak ke mana, benda dah bayarrrrr. Teruk betul!!!!!!!! Not gonna buy from redbus dah huhu sorry to say.

The red bus is only focus on sales. They have Meridian Holidays every half an hour but the bus only arrives every hour. This bus operates just expect the passengers to rush to the destination just to wait an hour. It's totally unacceptable. Dok not use the services of Meridian Holidays
