I had good experience on booking the bus journey from Kovai to bangalore through GEC Southern lines Kovai . Well followed up,good driving system . Good post follow up. Thanks to red bus for the quick app choices .

I booked a bus with a scheduled departure time of 8:30 PM, but the bus left at 8:24 PM, six minutes before the scheduled time. A scheduled departure time exists for a reason, and leaving early is completely unacceptable.
When I contacted the bus coordinator, instead of helping resolve the issue, I was told that I would have to travel to the next pickup point at my own expense. I had already paid for an Uber to reach the original boarding location, and now I was being asked to spend even more money because of a mistake that was not mine. Who is supposed to bear these additional costs?
I also spoke with the driver and explained the situation, but there was no meaningful assistance. After that, I contacted RedBus customer support expecting them to intervene and help. Shockingly, the only solution they offered was a cancellation with a 100% refund. A refund alone does not solve the problem when a passenger has an urgent travel requirement and is stranded because the bus departed before the scheduled time.
If RedBus positions itself as a reliable travel platform with 24/7 customer support, then it should be capable of handling situations like this. Simply offering a refund and washing your hands of the issue is not customer service. A responsible platform should coordinate with the operator, arrange an alternative solution, or provide proper assistance to affected passengers.
This entire experience showed a complete lack of accountability, coordination, and concern for customers. The bus operator left early, the coordinator shifted the burden onto the passenger, and RedBus support failed to provide any practical help beyond cancellation. I lost time, money, and peace of mind because of this negligence.
One of the worst travel booking experiences I have ever had. If RedBus cannot support passengers when issues arise, then their claims of customer care and 24/7 support are meaningless. I will think twice before using this platform again and would not recommend it to others based on this experience.

redBus given two numbers , but worst customer care, nobody lift call and give reply...no proper customer care phone number

This bus accumulator service doesn't take responsibility for bus operator nuisance. I had booked ticket from Delhi to Patna for specific bus, Rajdhani Express, from this platform. But at the boarding point, bus arrived was different one and only my objection, bus goons misbehaved with me and disembarked me from the bus. I had monetary loss, time loss and mental harassment due to this service provider.

I booked free cancellation tickets but was not able to cancel my tickets. While cancelling tickets it showed bus operator is not cancelling the tickets

0 star is not available. So giving 1 star. Poor customer support. I lost my international flight bcz of Redbus.

Worst service not giving refund for more than one week… truly disappointed and not to mention the customer care support. RedBus team you guys can do better than this.

Never buy ticket from red bus wordt customer care service

Hello team, I have booked ticket from ujjain to ahmedabad with incorrect date 8th June instead of 7th June through redbus. But now I want to cancel the ticket.. m continuously calling to redbus support which is not connecting to service executive and ticket is not being cancelled.. very bad experience with redbus. My 1470 rs has been deducted from account and m not able to connect with red bus support and neither any things. Pls help on this if you generously understand the customer issue and customer trust on your brand.

I had the best experience with Sabari travels when I was coming back from Chennai to Bengaluru. The driver and conductor helped me out with everything, they waited for me in Chennai, helped me with my luggage. I had 2 senior citizens with me, and they assisted them during the journey and they also helped us out when we reached Bengaluru by waiting for extra time for us to come out of the bus and getting our luggage out. Thank you SABARI TRAVELS for everything.

Horrible experience with red bus
Big cheater we booked ac prasanna travel from Khamgaon to pune but when we reached we got non AC third class RR travel bus

I know it is platform that provides support from different vendors .. but I hope they do need to maintain the proper service.. when the confirmation message was sent to the customer they need to verify the contact details of the vendor .. it cannot provide random or incorrect info from which we don’t get proper info at least on the pick up details .. and that to for a female customer at around 10:30 pm they cannot say that it is not our problem to provide an alternative or get the info of vendor details .. if they are just meant to provide refund from vendor or just want to be broker app it need not have a customer support just to announce that they are idiots, we will refund .. I think anyone can do it from app .. it is another waste of time at that hour for irresponsible and non sensible talk

Travel Date: 02-06-2026. Booked sleeper berth L27 on Vijayant Travels (Bus No. MH40BL7244) from Nagpur to Pune. Despite having a confirmed berth, 3 adult passengers were accommodated on the same berth. Very uncomfortable journey. I have photo proof and request refund/compensation for poor service.

Very bad intarcty travels

Never trust Redbus app and website. There’s no option to cancel ticket. In the ticker cancellation policy is mentioned but no option to cancel. No customer care support. For account creation otp doesn’t work. There’s 0% trust on this platform.

If you plan to travel safely without any hassle, considering other booking platform will be great option. From my recent experience, Redbus confirmed that don’t have a policy to handle if a bus is cancelled or operator not serviced fulfilling customers booking. It clearly clarified they are completely be away from any travel issues. They typically act as a commission agent and stay safe without handling customers issue. Consequently, preferring some responsible service providers would be ideal choice.
