Great Customer Service

You only really get to know a company when something goes wrong. I initially received the wrong item. Harry got back to me very quickly after I reported this to customer service. After a short and very friendly dialogue to clarify the problem, he immediately sent the correct item on its way - great service!

I purchased the Normatec 3 plus hip…

I purchased the Normatec 3 plus hip attachment last year been using it on my clients and myself regularly it’s great helps with aches and pain.
Helps with circulation & fluid retention.
I have dealt with both Harry and Ryan they are very helpful if I I have any query Harry is always at the end of the line to help. Great company to deal with .

Great customer service

Great customer service. Answered a number of questions prior to ordering. Replies were quick and thorough. Delivery was super quick and a minor issue was dealt with. Early days with the R8+ but first impressions, are positive. Would recommend RecoverFit.

Great product and fast delivery

Everything was well, shipment was fast, I just made it deliver to Kuwait and had to pay 58£ extra just as tax and duties. Nothing wrong from the website but it would of being great to be able to let the customers knows that tax and duties might be applied or allow the customers to pay slightly extra and have it covered in the full price for no late surprise.

Overall great experience, if you do order to be delivered to the UK I am 100% confident that all will be fine. 😊

Unfortunately, we do not collect local VAT on any items which are purchased from outside of the EU. Instead, this is always collected on arrival of the parcel. Do not trust offers or vouchers on this site, they do not honor them

I left an item in the basket and they sent me an email with a voucher of 10% to finish the buy, but the voucher didn't work, when I contacted they told me that it can only be used for items without discount (no disclaimer or link to T&C was sent in the email) when I asked about the T&Cs they basically ignored me, I wanted to raise a complaint but they ignored me, and it was when I say that I was about to review in Trustpilot that they answered, by the way the same person that was not helping me to raise a complaint.

Thanks for your answer but it is not accurate. I got the discount to finish my purchase that already had the Black Friday discount. You haven’t honour the deal that you offered to me. I asked for the link to these T&C in the email, but I didn’t get any answer, when I said that I was going to review you sent me T&C reserving the right to change or cancel any order. So you reserve the right to do not honour your offers, snd you use this right.

I just want to warn potential customers of the misleading offers you send.

Having reviewed your order with us, you managed to purchase one of our products during our ‘Black Friday’ promotion sale. This item was already discounted by over £200, much greater than the 10% off you were asking for. As this item was so heavily discounted already, no other discount codes could be applied on top of this special deal at the checkout. This is clearly stated on our T&C’s on our website and is also standard across most online retailers.

Whilst we were unable to give you this additional discount, you were still able to capture this deal at the better price, so we really do appreciate your custom. In future, we will honour this discount off of full-priced items only.
