Lovely jewellery gift
The item I ordered wasn’t in the box. So all I got was some paper. Edit: I have now received a new parcel with the item in it this time. Customer service was very apologetic.

The quote that I picked out wasn’t used exactly. I selected with the gentleman at the booth “you are so love” but received “you are loved”. Not that big of a deal but it matters to me.

Great!
I first came across Recognised at their pop up stand at Focus. The staff were very friendly and the items looked lovely. I ended up buying a silver bracelet with a dove popon. Haven't taken it off since! It's beautiful and excellent quality!

Very disappointing
I’m a returning customer. Paid £7.95 for delivery to receive in 1-2 working days, didn’t receive until over a week after, missing my friends birthday. Emailed to complain, haven’t received any form of communication to acknowledge or apologise. Very disappointing indeed. I will look forward to seeing how seriously you take these reviews and If you bother to make contact.

Having looked at our system I can see you placed an order at 10pm on the 28th June which was dispatched by our team the next day on the 29th June at 3pm on a 24 hour delivery service with Royal Mail. It looks like Royal Mail have not been able to deliver in to you within their stated times for which I can only apologise for.
