Great customer service
Great customer service from Lara - reached out about a replacement metal rack after losing the one for my dish drainer during a house move, and received a very quick response outlining the process. I received the replacement on the day she said they posted it out so they literally could not be working faster over there! Appreciated the updates throughout as well as the efficiency of the entire process, and many thanks to Lara for her friendly responses!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a lovely review! We’re delighted to hear that Lara was able to help you so quickly and efficiently. We’ll be sure to pass on your kind words to Lara – she’ll be thrilled! Thanks again for choosing ReBorn, and we hope your dish drainer serves you well for many years to come.
Overpriced overrated
Overpriced overrated, products far smaller than they look. Toilet brush head does not fit standard handles. Very light weight plastic whether it is recycled or not- still plastic no great recycling deal. Not offered returns label customer must meet returns cost so customer will not know whether they will get refund or not??!! I did not ask to change the colour, I asked for a refund, parcel contained No return details or information on how to get refund. I was told on the website that I must meet cost of return.

Svar fra ReBorn
We’re sorry to hear you feel disappointed with your purchase from ReBorn. We always aim to provide clear product descriptions, dimensions, and photos on our website so customers know exactly what to expect before ordering.
To clarify the timeline for others reading: after your order was delivered (confirmed by tracking and shared with you and PayPal), you requested to change the item. We agreed to this and explained we’d be happy to exchange the product if it was returned to us. As with many online retailers, return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. We didn’t hear from you again until this review.
Our products are designed in the UK using recycled materials and are 100% recyclable at the end of their life. While they are lightweight by design, this doesn’t compromise their durability.
We’re always open to feedback and would still be happy to arrange a colour exchange if you’d like to get in touch.
Beautiful practical and stylish
I love my purchase it’s exactly what I was looking for, for my quartz countertops.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Much appreciated.
Good customer service and a sturdy bowl
I bought the bowl last year. It is sturdy and good to know it is made of recycled plastic. Be careful if you tip water from the lip as it can overrun if you (read I) are not careful. The rubber band which keeps the plug watertight broke but I was able to use rubber bands for a while to keep the seal. After a year I decided to contact the company for a replacement which was sent promptly.

Thank you for your constructive feedback. And delighted you had a positive experience overall.
Great design and outstanding customer service
I bought this sink tidy because I was so pleased with the ReBorn washing up bowl and compact draining rack. It's a really good size compared with other similar products which only fit one size of washing up bottle. I like that it is made in the UK from recycled plastic but I am even more impressed with the customer service. My order got sent to the wrong address and was damaged in transit. Lara tracked down what had happened and sent out a replacement immediately.

Brilliant! Thank you for your positive feedback - both about the ReBorn products and the customer service you received from the team.
Really great designs make life easier
❤️ the new bathroom tidy: it fits all of our divergent gubbins, and the lift-out centre design and contained drip tray will make cleaning so much easier. ReBorn are the only Homewares company I know who are truly driving the circular economy: using recycled plastic to make great products that can eventually (in a long time I hope) be recycled again

Love my Reborn washing up bowl
Love my Reborn washing up bowl. I am trying to be more sustainable and needed one so was excited to try out this company. It looks great and does exactly what it says it will, the handles are also really useful for moving it around. I needed a new sink plug after accidentally throwing it away (facepalm) and the company kindly sent me a new one for free. So impressed with the customer service.
