I bought 2 dolls from this website it was easy the sellers were great and the dolls were beautiful. I would only buy my dolls from here from know on.

My "baby" arrived beautifully packaged, and is exactly as pictured and described on the Reborns site. The only thing I would change is I wish her hair was a little protected during shipping. It appears that because of some shifting in the box during shipping, her hair must have been rubbing against the blanket, so the hair on the back of her head is really tousseled, almost tangled. Otherwise, she is PERFECT!! USPS was late 4 days delivering her, but that is not anyone's "fault". Thank you. Alison M.

I purchased a doll on reborns.com and yes unlike a lot of the reviews on here in which when ever he gets a complaint than he lies and claims that it is another site that is called reborns.com, this happened on his site which is reborns.com. I purchased a doll from a seller in February of this year. I have waited two months and the doll is still not here. I have asked the seller for the tracking number and the seller keeps on giving me a different tracking number. I contacted Dave Stack and he told me that sometimes this happens and I would still have to wait. I told him that this is fraud for her to keep on giving me wrong tracking numbers and not giving me the doll. He claims that it is not fraud and this sometimes happens with customers. He claims that he is not responsible however he is allowing the seller to still continue to sell dolls on the reborns.com site. I told him that this is breach of contract and he told me that it's not a breach of contract since no contract exists since the seller can at any time not send the doll. Even though I am out of 650.00 no contract exists and instead of helping me get my money back at least, Dave Stack just tells me that I have to wait. How much longer do I have to wait? I am about to do a charge back since I still have not received the doll. Reborns.com should be shut down and Dave Stack should be arrested for allowing scammers to do this to people. It should be a bidding contract when someone agrees to sell a doll and someone buys it. I am thinking that the person that is giving me wrong tracking numbers has sold the doll to someone else or is trying to keep the doll and my money.

The seller had pictures showing the markings on the neck and the labe!s which verify authenticity of the kit. She also communicated well, had been a member a considerable time, and had excellent reviews.

Reborns.com is the only place I will buy authentic reborns!
