Customer service is awesome. Product is amazing prices beat any ones. Never received anything that I have had to return. After 5 years I have about 36 wigs so I can change the color the length and style whenever the mood moves me!

I’ve been a customer for Rebel Gypsy since Summer 2020. I have over 30 wigs, different colors and styles. You will get compliments when wearing Amanda’s wigs. I absolutely love Amanda and her crew at Rebel Gypsy. I would recommend Rebel Gypsy to anyone!

So I found Rebel Gypsy during COVID. I really enjoyed her "Live" shows.. And started buying her wigs. I now have at least 40.

I have ALOT of wigs, maybe 380.. I can tell quality when I see it. Hers are quality, and they are worth the money I pay. Plus, she always provides coupons and cash back which makes them reasonable.

I had a few problems with certain orders. Customer Service always handled my issues, and at times, I private messaged Amanda, and she went above & beyond to handle my issue and leave me happy with the solved problem.

I still buy them, and continue to be 100% satisfied.

I love the wigs and the variety offered. I have over 45 wigs from here and the customer service is great, whenever I had needed them. I have not had any customer service issues with all my wigs. I have actually won free wigs from watching the lives on Facebook!! Fabulous!!

Where do I start I have found & been a Loyal Customer since the beginning of 2023. I Suffer Still since 2020 Severe Hair Loss due to having Covid for over 2 months in 2020. She Offers Daily a 15% off coupon code to be used as many times as you want that never expires. During her Lives Only if you purchase on the App she gives anywhere from 25% to 30% Cash back Credit to use toward a future purchase. I own Over 50 Wigs in a Very Short Period of Time & Never have been Dissatisfied. If there is Ever & Issue or Question her Customer Service is like No other Responds Promptly within 24 to 48 hours & Remedies the Issue. That’s why the Few People on here they know who they are with there Negative Reviews they are leaving. Its Extremely Hurtful too see the Damage they are trying to do to this Great Business. No one should try to Ruin an Exceptional & Caring Small Family 5 star Business especially since it’s Not because of the Wigs Themselves or Wig Issues. I have Witnessed they are doing it on a Personal Level & getting there Friends Involved Only because they have been Banned from the Support Page for Inappropriate Conduct & Bullying. Before that they also Rated her business 5 stars & Fully Supported Amanda. My One Suggestion to anyone New Reading This Please give this Business a Chance. Amanda is Very Transparent Up Front, she really Cares about Us Ladies Not Just the Business. She Gives Back Daily too her Followers such as Free Wigs, Accessories & Makeup because she Cares about All of Us Ladies Whole Heartedly. What can you say about a company that has changed your whole perspective of life?I would say in the 3 and a 1/2 years that I have been a customer of rebel gypsy. I have loved myself more I have loved their products. I have self confidence that goes through the roof when I put on one of the wigs. I have love for myself that I'd never found before. And loved from others that are on the facebook group and on the lives!! Customer services spot on! Quality of the product is spot on! And you Receive. A Personal experience because this business is a family business and you can contact them at any point in your journey. If there's any issues whatsoever and they will be there for you and help you through the process! Every business will have ups and downs but you will always be taking care of!

I have ordered many wigs from this company. They all came in a timely manner and were great quality. They look just as advertised. They are light weight and comfortable. The company does a great job of advertising their products. Customer service also responds quickly and is very helpful. I accidentally ordered 2 of the same wig. Amanda herself canceled my order and issued a refund. I've been very satisfied with my experience with Rebel Gypsy.

Update - they did give credit again for more of their crap and still receive d wigs I didn’t order so I donated all to cancer Katie ts and I really wish them well… just don’t buy from them - I only bought from this vendor because someone I knew had a wig. I ordered 2. First wig was wrong and no second wig stating on back order. I reached out and after sending multiple emails with tons of photos they realized they had sent wrong wig. They said keep it. I donated that wig and eventually correct wig came but still waiting on back ordered wig. It's now late May. First they were talking credit plus additional $25 gift card on more of their crap then they said store credit as in getting another wig and $25 gift card because they can't get the wig I wanted - like I want more crap from them after this experience. Wish I'd seen other reviews - DON'T BUY from them

Trust and believe Amanda Lawrence will have to address her lack of integrity, poor customer service and FRAUD. Amanda Lawrence will be held accountable for receiving compensation for a product that was completely split in half. I will take an ad out tomorrow and make sure no one else has to deal with her fraudulent business practices.

I purchased 3 wigs from this shop. one was ok , the others are straight trash. They looked frazzled and as if they had been used (prob for a live, gross) One day, I actually heard the shop owner talking on a live one day about a whole subreddit with "her haters" so I got curious and researched it . I found that other websites selling the same wigs for 300% less. I also looked in my wigs I purchased from her and found the remnants of tags from other companies were cut out of the wig. I started looking at her stock and finding the same wigs on Divatress for a fraction of her costs. AND I GET THEM IN 3-4 DAYS NOT 4-6 WEEKS. I now only buy wigs from them for a fraction of what she charges. She is a liar and a scam artist who is scamming people left and right. A lot of her clothing can be found on Shein.com for way less.

She does not allow reviews on her page and if anyone complains on lives or even in email she blocks them and deletes comments . She is literally very good an hiding negative reviews so she can continue to scam the unknowing women out there.

She also does not accept refunds for her trash so your stuck with it. So the only thing you can do if file a PayPal dispute . Ladies DO YOUR RESEARCH. I'm sorry I didn't do it sooner.
