I have been using Rebaid for a while now. I have had a positive experience. They recently introduced Rebaid plus. You pay a monthly fee for it. You are supposed to receive reimbursement quicker. That has not happened. They also ship from Rebaid instead of Amazon. I received the wrong item. I tried to contact them many times, but never received a response. I cannot even return the item because Rebaid ships it. You also now have to do a survey if the item is shipped from Rebaid instead of Amazon. They send you a survey link. I never received a link for one of my items. What can I do? They do not respond to emails. And again, I cannot return it. I think they need to work out some problems they are having with their new system.

as a seller, we requested refund of a few thousand dollars from rebaid (they charge you upfront, and claim they can refund back if there are any remaining.) we requested a few times in total around $4000. but after two weeks, we still don't receive single dollar back. created case with them, but no reply after 6 days!

Totally money stealler. I got same experience as those one-star rating. I used it for more than 2 years and since this year multiple direct deposit were never received. Sent several emails but never received a reply.

No response from customer service. Some of the products purchased on their site (directly through them) were broken, non-working or received the wrong item. The quality of those products is subpar, compared to a similar priced item purchased at a popular website.

I had a problem trying to follow through with one sale. I have had others work smoothly. I will still use this in the future

I found Rebaid to have many great products. The process is simple, and I like having the option to receive my rebate through direct deposit. I have never experienced any problems and the process is always very smooth.

Rebaid used to be a great website. If you get direct deposit - you will now wait weeks and weeks (FAQs says 7 days after starting the withdrawal), and will not get it until you harass email support, Which is only one person - “ his name was listed here, but he contacted trustpilot to have me remove his name - if you use rebaid you know there is only one person who answers emails- name has 5 letters in it and last two letters are the same letter” . He is now selling items thru rebaid itself, because Amazon's terms of service actually ban what his website is doing - manipulating stats on amazon. There are other rebate sites to utilize. Sadly I have used rebaid for at least 5 years - over the past 2 years i have had to email constantly about getting the deposit. once you email enough, the deposit will shockingly arrive in your bank acct. I think he tries to see who will remember that they didn't get the deposit in their accts, so I bet he is getting away with stealing peoples money because they forget to check on the dep. Do not use unless you don't care about getting what was promised to you. He seems to do this to people who have had accts for a few years, have. friends who are dealing with same.

Also, do not say you searched your records and cant find my name. look at the numerous 1 star reviews, all say the same. rebaid is stealing.

Thought I was getting such good deal through Rebaid… but when I set up the deposit they didn’t give all of it to me. The total that was on my account was over 250. I received just over 120! More than $100 gone!!!!! I contacted support and was told that I would be getting a response in 1 to 3 business days. It has been months and I have not gotten a response. And I have sent more emails. Thought maybe I just waited too long and the money had expired or something like that. I redeemed one more offer immediately tried to cash out when that money was available and ended up still getting less deposited than we’re supposed to. Rebaid are liars and thieves. I will never use them again.

The products are useful and the rebates are paid as stated. Happy with the website

I have been a Rebaid user for several years now and have saved a lot of money on good quality, useful items like school supplies, kitchen accessories, tools, and the random treasure like magnet block sets for my daughters. The rebate fulfillment process is fairly seamless, with just inputting an order number (and a short survey for Rebaid warehouse offers). I don't mind waiting several weeks to have the refund fulfilled, as the value is worth it.

I like how easy it is to find and sort deals from highest to lowest rebate, ease of finding products, and ease of claiming the rebate. If for some reason the order gets cancelled, it is easy to update order number. One of the best deals are found on this site.

Their new "Buy on Rebaid" option is TERRIBLE! I do NOT recommend it until/unless they fix all the problems associated with it.
1) The system messed up a truly-wanted purchase of an Eddie Bauer camo backpack I tried to get. I requested assistance regarding it, and I was asked to wait a few more days for it to be fixed. However, by the time said fix occurred, the option to get the backpack was no longer available. Contacting the person who ASSURED me I would get it and that he'd keep the matter open until resolved was met with utter silence. Not even a tepid apology.

2) There is NOTHING on their website explaining that--
(a) MULTIPLE purchases would have to be made in order to receive any of the items;
(b) Paper SURVEYS- for each item!-- are mailed out with the items you purchase from them. They MUST be filled out and sent back before any rebate would be granted; and
(c) there's a 10 DAY wait before the system will even allow the buyer to SUBMIT the paperwork for said rebates! Looks like they're hoping most people will get frustrated and forget to claim the rebates.
(d) there's little options in returning the items if you don't want to bother with all the idiocy associated with getting rebates from them. While they're delivered from Amazon, your only point of contact is Rebaid.

3) When perusing the items listed as purchased from Rebaid direct, I can't locate HOW MANY of each were purchased (some items aren't limited to one per buyer). That would be helpful in tracking that the order received was correct.

Too many things wrong with this rollout. I even wrote all this to Rebaid last week. Got no response whatsoever. IF they ever get back with me about it, I'll edit my review.

The products are useful and the rebates are paid on time. I love the stuff I have been able to get on this site

Rebaid is very trusting company. If you have any questions, they reply your request very quick and sole your issues. Rebaid offer very good products with free or high discounts. I got very good items.

I absolutely love this site! I have tried so many different products for free! I have 3 dogs and they consistently have items we use regularly and it helps us save a lot of money. Definitely recommend

This new program was easy to use. I love the name-brand products available to purchase directly on Rebaid! The form was easy to fill out & submit. The shipping was fast & free. Highly recommended.

I have had positive experiences with Rebaid. It’s a reliable and trusted platform that has helped me save a lot of money. The refund process does take a little while—about 15 days for the check to reach the bank, and even longer by mail—but it always comes through. Overall, the savings make it worthwhile, and I would recommend Rebaid to others.

Love Rebaid. It’s a great place to get items after rebate for a low price or even free.

Rebaid is a fantastic company, from which I’ve purchased products for several years now. The entire process is easy and payments are paid on time. I’ve had to contact customer service a few times and they’re always helpful. I love Rebaid and highly recommend this site!
