Rebaid was once my favorite among several deal groups. But something is wrong with the company now. They haven't made any payments since October 2025. And they do not answer emails anymore. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Used to be good. Now a total scam. No payments sent since mid October. No response from customer service. They are just trying to take your money. I lost almost $1000

I used to have a decent experience with Rebaid until late 2025. Payments did not match up with the withdrawals listed on the site. There is no way to request payment data and the site is horribly disorganized. No response to tickets. I'm also now missing payments as well as my last ones being mismatched with rebate amounts listed. I will no longer use this site.

Payments no longer being made. More than a month since I requested my latest claim. The previous check bounced. Sad, because they were great up to now. They don’t even reply to emails anymore. You cannot recover the trust once you break it. DON’T TRUST THEM!

I have over $500 tied up with them and can't get any response and my bank deposits are all missing. PLEASE be cautious. The site was fine for the first 4 years. Now, it's a major gamble. I filed with the BBB and now I have to file with my state attorney general to get my money back

Started off being good with helpful customer service. Now, I am missing over $100 in rebates and have sent out numerous inquiries with no response. HORRIBLE customer service...more like NO customer service. Beware!

They do the work, I get great deals. They always come through with the rebate checks.

Happy with all my stuff. Had to request my rebates. Never got my rebate for market place. Finally got my rebate for rebaid. So I am still waiting on rebate of 40.00 from September.

Highly recommend it. Its a wonderful experience.

4 years using it and everything great, now is a mess, one month waiting my rebaid and nothing, multiple mails and not answer and they deleted all their social media, stay away! if i get my rebaids back i will update my review

Withdrew via direct deposit and they won't respond to emails and it is not showing in my account to withdraw via check or anything. It just says it is withdrawn. Contacted them twice.

It started out as a decent rebate site although the processing time is 2X as long as listed on the website.
Recently they updated the site and there are issues. Some items are available directly from the site but the items received are nothing like the product picture and sometimes they just send the completely wrong item or size. There is no good way to get in contact with them. They have non-existent customer support for these issues. Also they've started to switch to a subscription base which seems kinda scamy

Haven’t got over $400 worth of rebaids. I was shipped the wrong product and the customer service doesn’t help answer any of my questions or concerns. Don’t waste your time and I pray I get my money back :(

The whole process is easy to use. There isn't a good turnaround regarding new products.

Never received Rebaid check after 2 weeks of cashing out!

I have been part and of Rebaid for a couple of years I purchased an item with them. Waiting on my refund I received an email from Rebaid letting me know that the seller was utilizing stolen accounts to make payments and due to this I was not going to get reimbursed. To go ahead and return the item but I couldn’t it was over 30 days.
Shouldn’t Rebaid vet their sellers and take a hit if they made a mistake instead of the buyers? This is their business and they should assume responsibility. Guess they don’t. May not be part of their program much longer.

Slow to pay out, but otherwise some great deals.

It is true Rebate. But the rebate amount of the product we purchased decreased.but Customer can find some valued products to use and experience it .

I have found incredible deals on Rebaid. I have been able to get an early start on holiday shopping at great prices. Items have all arrived, as described and on time. Good communication via email letting me know what was coming and when. Very glad to have found this website.
