Realecanino 

Pedí collar seresto y lo que llegó era falso, sin número de serie ni caja. Obviamente no le puse eso a mi perro e intenté la devolución. Llegué a enviar el paquete vía correos a la dirección que consta en su web de devoluciones y me lo devolvieron con "destinatario desconocido". Por supuesto al mail de contacto no contesta nadie.Así que perdí el dinero del collar y el del envío.
Me mosqueó el precio( más barato de lo habitual)pero hice la prueba y sí, estafa total.
Tocará denuncia en policía y OCU...

Ordered the Seresto collar from Realecanino. Quickly realised it was coming from China. Looked on this site and realised I had made a mistake by trusting Realecanino.
To be honest, I was surprised when the collar arrived given the poor tracking information, lack of response from contacting Realecanino and other posts on here.
Initially, the collar looks authentic but I didn't want my dog to wear it, particularly if it would not work, so I purchased a Seresto collar from my vet to compare.
I have photos comparing the two but cannot upload to Trustpilot, which is a pity.
Differences:
1. Plastic packaging materials different quality.
2. Package printing different, particularly Bayer logo and information on reverse.
3. The Realecanino collar is more rigid and does not have the usual 'powder' coating from the manufacturing process.
4. The reference code on the Realecanino collar is embossed, whereas usually it is printed on.
I have tried repeatedly to contact Realecanino, without success. There is a returns address in Tours, France but I'm not going to waste any more money sending it back because I doubt if I will receive a refund.
One to put down to bad judgement but I hope you read and take notice of these reviews and don't order.

Compré 3 collares Seresto y ponía que en 2 o 3 días recibiría un correo de confirmación , he enviado 3 correos pidiendo que me envíen el correo de confirmación y nada no contestan por lo que he ido a la policía a hacer una denuncia por fraude online y a través de la OCU realizaremos dicha denuncia. NO COMPRÉIS NADA ES UNA ESTAFA

Collar seresto falso, muy mala calidad, quisiera devolverlo.

He hecho anteriormente una valoracion de una estrella porque me paso lo mismo que a los demas hasta que por seguridad el banco ha bloqueado mi tarjeta. Pero al final, me han mandado los productos. No se si son los originales porque vinieron sin la caja. Problema es, que es una empresa de China, no dicen bien cuando te llega (poniendo los primeros 2 veces el numero de tracking me diera unas fechas en el año 2022!) y no hay manera de contacto. Pero porque si he recibido algo pongo ahora 5 estrelles mas la estrella que ya he dado y se quedan en una 2,5 que me parece suficiente.

Haces el pedido, pagas y no te envían nada. Pura estafa. Y sólo hay un e-mail de contacto que no contesta nadie, ya puedes enviar mensajes que nadie los lee.

This site is a scam. They don't have a phone number, do not respond to emails and there is no sign of the goods purchased.

SCAM SITE .. BEWARE

ordered goods from them weeks ago, money taken from bank right away, no goods received. They do not have telephone number and never answer emails or comments on web page.

Do not use this site, I ordered goods they took the money and weeks later not sent, they do not answer messages or emails. I assume this site is a scam so beware
