Ordering was easy! Finding status and tracking was nearly impossible. My large order showed up very quickly but unexpectedly & was difficult to handle arrangements. There was little to no communication from merchant. I wish I had been more informed through the process. I couldn’t plan for my shipment & didn’t know what was going on no matter where I reached out to find out.

Unique products. Good price. Great taste

I asked one of your reps (probably A.I.) to send me a COUPLE of sample packets. He said he would look into it.

Great Deals on excellent Disaster Preparedness food items. Fast shipping.

I order a small amount to try but, somehow they they sent me boxes of food. Way more than what I thought I ordered. This was several months ago. I'm getting no help in trying to return it. Phones calls are not answered. Occasionally they do pick up and tell me they are sending me return labels. They do not come. I speak to 'supervisors'....they do not send the labels. So I'm stuck with it and they have all my money! I'm disgusted. I obviously won't do business with them again. I strongly suggest you don't either.

Bags were cut open and I called and they advised to email the customer care team which I did and left a VM for the department. No response and I still have broken bags…

The backpack had loose and unsewn pockets, zipper sticks, water was insufficient.

Dave Kimball was very quick and efficient in getting me a deal that I was happy with on my first puchase.
However, on a subsequent deal I feel the ad was extremely misleading in the price reduction. The email ad I received boasted 50% off with a slash through the $3499.99 regular price and a now price of $2999.99. When I placed the product in my cart the price was $1750.00! That is NOT 50% off the current price if $2999.99. I decided against buying the products due to what I feel is false advertisement.

Other than took a little longer to arrive than I anticipated, ReadyWise packaged foods for an emergency is the right choice! I have tasted others and I am very much satisfied with this product!!

The price was right the shipping was pretty fast and I like the comfort of knowing that if a natural disaster occurs that myself and my family will be somewhat prepared.

Missing Sechelle water bottle. When I contacted customer support, I was told it would be handled and they were apologetic. But its been a few weeks since and I've received nothing.
If you really want to improve, verify your orders before they're shipped. If an item is missing and you say you'll replace it, then replace it.
If your item is on back order then just tell the client. I'd have prefered being told my water bottle was on back order and in time it would be sent rather than an apology with no replacement.
