Damage item in 120 bucket. and you replace me a 120 serving bucket,a quick response ,friendly.your 3 month supply cost a little more then I can spend.too bad it's not $600.

I have purchased a lot of your products recently. l have been eager to open a bucket! However l am saving them for senior citizens, where l live.I prayed for the generator, too!! LoLThanks for the great customer service!!!

The only reason it's getting 2 starts is because I got a buy 1 get 1 free deal on 72 hour emergency meal kits. The price is expensive. After getting this I was able to buy individual items in bulk and put them in mylar bags way cheaper than the cost of this. The bulk of the "servings" and calories actually come from the powdered milk and orange drink. The only thing I may continue to buy is the entre meals just to add some variety to the food supply.

The food is always good. I've ordered MANY times before. But this time, I STILL haven't received my order and it's been almost a MONTH!!

Been dealing with ready wise for 10 years. Never had a bad experience. They are exactly as advertised.

Food arrived on time, I haven't eaten it, hopefully never have to - and in that event hopefully it's good and gets me through so that I can update this review accordingly.

The water filter in my order never showed up, called their office and they were going to look into it. Never heard back. Got resolution through my CC since I don't have time to manage a company's issues... overall, meh.

I was really looking forward to my sample shipment of Ready-Wise. Upon arrival one of the packages was broke open and was covering all the other product bags. It was kind of disappointing. I did not call and complain. I accepted it but it did make it harder for me to want to reorder a larger quantity because I wouldn't be opening up the 5 gallan buckets right away - they would be used for emergency only and If the sample were damaged during shipping - would the five gallon buckets also be damaged and me not finding out until I needed them.

I've been working with Dave Kimball for years. He's always ready to email me about the specials and keeps us a nice service minded approach to all my requests!

Product arrived in good shape and on time. Good communications on tracking package.

I am happy with the special sale on the product. However, I haven't had to use it yet as my area didn't get as much of the hurricanes that some other places in the state did.

I ordered a month ago. Was informed my order would be shipped in 10-14 days. I've had to call customer support twice and I still have no notification that my order has been fulfilled or shipped.

Price was reasonable for the product. Packaging of the product was minimal. Items are heavy and the box holding 3 tubs barely made it without popping open.
