GREAT Customer Service
I bought some readers, but unfortunately they didn’t fit right the I lost a screw. I called to get another pair, but due to a bad fit. They don’t do repairs so they immediately refunded my purchase...no questions asked. Shey was my Customer Service Agent and she was amazing!!! She was very helpful in trying to help me find a replacement pair, but all the ones I liked would be too large for me. I will recommend Readers.com to anyone.

What has happened to this company?
I purchased a pair of Readers several years ago that lasted 3 years. The next pair a year...then down hill from there. I have had these maybe 3 months and the frame is cracked. I ordered a +2...all I need to read my PC. They shipped the wrong pair! Now I have to wait until they get the "wrong" pair they sent to get correct pair....if I ever do!
It is now 6 days after I wrote this review! I was assured by Readers that the correct pair of Readers has been been shipped 5 days ago. I haven't seen them yet. They did receive the wrong pair back and had the nerve to charge me for sending them back. These people are total "MORONS"! This was their error yet they charge me!

This was the first time I have ever bought any reading glasses of TV 📺, I was very nervous, and very very disappointed in how long it took for them to get here but, let's be honest here, that could be due to covid,they seem great, and are 100x better than the dollar tree cheap crap I buy in bulk because they stretch out,become loose fitting, and break so often,as long as these stand the test of time I would definitely reorder i even like them better than the ones I got from Amazon .and really love the large selection

I'm a "serial" user of readers. Bought several pairs in response to a tv ad years ago and they were very good quality. Continued to buy 3 per order. This year, the quality changed. Hinges break. The plastic at the hinges was also breaking. The plastic seem cheaper and more brittle; lasting only a week. Worse than the worst dollar store product and costs a lot more.

Horrible!!! I returned 2 pairs unopened as I ordered the wrong type. I had sent 4 emails regarding where my refund was. They asked for my tracking number and when I sent it to the I got my refund less shipping BUT I paid my own return shipping fee. I have a receipt for shipping showing I paid cash. Go to Walgreens they provide better customer service

This is the single worst company to order from on the planet. They charge you immediately and your order sits at their warehouse for weeks.
First time I ordered from them SIX WEEKS. The second time? NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU EVER WANT TO SEE YOUR PURCHASE.
Additionally their product was cheap... crappy seconds from China you could buy in the bargain bin.

definitely would NOT have purchased them. Cheap garbage. Returning is not worth the effort. There is nothing on their website that mentions where there products are made. Stating your company is based in the US does not mean they manufacture anything here. Like I stated, cheap garbage.

I am so mad at myself that I'm out of $30 doing business with this company. I ordered 2 pair of bifocals, 1 reading and the other a sunglass. The readers were received with a long scratch in the bottom reader area. Quality control should have caught that, but things happen. My issue is that 4 days after emailing the company, I have not received a reply. I am pissed because that is totally unacceptable and inexcusable. I'm just going to send both pair back and lesson learned!!!!

I wish I read the reviews before placing my order. The glasses were crap and when I went to return (their easy return policy) I was told my order was not eligible for returns or exchanges. 70 bucks right down the toilet.

Cheap Chinese Junk
Glasses fell apart within a few days. The hinge is simply pressed into the stem. Their website says they respond to support requests in 2 WEEKS! Website says customer pays $2.95 to ship them back for a return or refund. I think I'll spend $2.95 at the dollar store for a better pair!
