The last two pair of readers I purchased broke; one pair cracked at the frame and the second pair the screw kept coming out. I also ordered bifocal readers, and the bifocal part was not wide enough nor high. For what they charge, sale or not, their product is garbage.

Reading glass broke at hinge after only infrequent use over a period of 11 months.

It's incredible to me that all the negative reviews are generally the same. I have been buying for a few years now. The first pair I still have, yet the dozens of subsequent pairs i purchased broke at the hinges within weeks. I just rationalized these as disposable glasses due to the cheap price but cool styles; but, i can no longer do this because i can't even get a month's use out of them. If you do buy, stay away from the plastic frames. I have given them hundreds of dollars each year for really nothing, I was about to repeat the same insanity just now with another $100+ order, but these reviews on Trustpilot solidified my experience and finally broke this dysfunctional spell ... moving on!

I have been buying readers from this company for a few years and I tell myself, don't waste anymore money. The quality has become shabby with the prises rising. The last 3 pair I bought broke within a week's time for various reasons, stem snapped off, lens popped out and so on. I will not invest any money into poorly constructed Eyewear. Which is really a shame, I've enjoyed the different styles

This company states that they have easy returns. No you don't! I received a pair of defective glasses that are loose on the side and you can't even return without paying a fee for a defective item. No phone service no nothing. I will not use this company anymore. I will most likely have to dispute with PayPal or my bank.

I have purchased 2 pair of glasses and both frames broke after 2 months of use. Don’t waste your money on these glasses. Total garbage. Very poor quality.

is there a ZERO star option? My glasses are on my face or in the case - always. Still, the frames cracked after 2 months. TRASH quality.

Excellent service, I exchanged a pair of readers and it went exactly as they said it should. Love these guys. I won't buy anywhere else. Plus I love my new pair! Just what I wanted!

I purchased glasses, received them, didn't like them, looked at their return policy, printed label, sent back, original costs $30.14, they refunded $18.60 only, called them because I didn't understand why my refund was so small, they explained why, guess who will not purchase again.

I have ordered a bifocal eye glass with the $19 dollars plus, and a bifocal with the price of 5 plus. Received the Fulham $5 plus which is trash. I did not get yet the $19 dollar plus an item that I ordered ahead of the Fulham $5 plus. Check my orders. Follow up..Today Feb. 6, I ordered a 5 dollars price Fulham for my wife which was a big mistake [it is a piece of trash] did not hear from them either. This company is a SCAMMER in doing their business. Stay away from this Readers.com company, buy your eyeglass from other companies.

Great style glasses! Just cheap I have purchased three pairs because of style over a year and they all break after 90 days

Frames were cheaper than dollar store glasses. Broke in a week. Expensive for the quality.

Glasses are absolute garbage. My $1 store readers are higher quality. I bought 2 pairs, they are reminiscent of glasses that would come with a Halloween costume. Joke of a store.

Let me just start by saying the glasses style looked great but the frames were trash, they broke in less than a month. However the customer service was exceptional, they made the return very simple, fast and easy. They just need to carry higher quality products.

The style was nice. The shipping speed was good. I liked that they were bifocal. The frame quality was bad. Both lenses fell out if the frame after only a week. I expected more for the price.

I received glasses today and I was surprised how fast it got here. I was VERY PLEASED with my order!!! The glasses are really cute and the lenses are clear, thin, and the power was exactly right!!! I thought about canceling my order because the reviews weren't good but I want to support the company since I had such a positive experience!!! Thanks!

Miserable experience! Ordered two pair of reading glasses. Took forever to receive and when I did it was not what I ordered! Tried calling….good luck getting someone on the line. A recording cut in every minute for 10 minutes saying the wait time is 5 minutes! I emailed only to be told it could take up to 2 WEEKS before someone reads their email! I do NOT recommend!

Worst readers ever! Broke with in months of purchasing!! Dollar store brand last at least 2 years!! Foster Disney 2 different pairs $19 each. My neighbor who referred me with the same broke as well!! Take my advice and stick to dollar store readers!!

Returned a pair of reading glasses because they kept slipping off. I also returned at the same time a pair sunglasses that were supposed to be 3.0 and they were 1. Called them, they sent me a shipping label for which they will deduct from my supposed "refund". I have yet to hear from them and it's been over a week.

Ordered a pair of sunglass readers. I didn't know they used USPS for delivery and told them how disappointed I was. Recent delivery times are bad. They actually refunded the shipping to keep me happy. So far, so good. Then I received the product. Thin and cheaply made in China. So sorry I went back to Readers.com. I made a mistake by not asking where they were made. It won't happen again. These go into the spare box to use in emergency's. Don't waste your money. I gave them 2 stars only because they refunded my shipping cost.
