Silver gloves come up child sized in length s/m
Low star rating had to be given as the silver gloves are not standard uk size they are not long enough the cuff sits part on palm of hand which accordingly the actual measurement makes them child sized for s/m, and the fingers very thin. Due to the importance of proper comfortable gloves for those suffering from raynaulds these are not fit for purpose due to sizing. The heat warmers hotteeze also purchased are excellent though

The gloves are perfect sizing for me
The gloves are perfect sizing for me. I chose medium. Just the right amount of compression. I bought them for arthritic hands. I have had a slight reduction in pain levels since I started wearing them. I wear them at night while I’m asleep.

No better than normal socks
I bought socks expecting them to help and was so disappointed to find they were no different than normal socks. After doing some research I discovered this website exploits people with Raynaud's by selling them silver thread socks that have no proven benefits over regular socks. All the positive reviews are because socks improve raynauds but people think it's the silver that makes the difference. It is not and science proved this.
"Our results do not support the hypothesis that increased heat transport of silver fibre socks is associated with less disease burden as measured in this study by the RCS compared with normal socks"
Edit: Response to retailer. There was no quality issue with the socks themselves so there's no need to verify my purchase or follow-up. The issue is that there is no science that supports the claims your company has made and in fact, research proves they're no different than normal socks, just a lot more expensive.

Really great product. A pair of fingerless gloves that keep your hands warm enough to avoid the cold effects that make Raynauds even worse but being fingerless allows you to undertake normal routine tasks without the lack of feel and inconvenience caused by full finger gloves.

Many people with Raynaud's find that pre-warming their hands and putting the gloves on before going outdoors or before symptoms begin can help. Once the fingers have already become very cold and numb, it can be much more difficult to restore warmth quickly.
The silver threads woven into the fabric are intended to help reflect and retain your body's natural heat. The gloves are not heated and do not generate warmth themselves, so they work best as part of an overall approach to managing Raynaud's symptoms, alongside keeping the rest of the body warm and avoiding sudden changes in temperature.

The Reynards Disease website is great
If it wasn’t for this charity selling items to keep us particularly warm, we will be in a lot of trouble, especially in the UK. I bought toe socks for the first time and I’m absolutely amazed at how wonderful they are. I also bought some very thick heat warmers so my feet are absolutely toasty beautiful thank you very much. It’s a very easy website to navigate. The prices are very clear and as long as you sort out your VAT, you won’t have to pay it you can’t ask for anything better.

A bit disappointing
The gloves have given no more protection against Reynauld's than any other gloves, to my disappointment. It is the beginning of June, I wore them just to the supermarket over the road, but my fingers still went white and stiff and useless.

Waiting to test in winter!
I'm not giving more stars because I ordered these gloves (in May on the recommendation of a friend whose mother like me suffers from Raynauds) ready for cold weather in winter. So not yet worn - ask me again in January maybe?
On the plus side, the gloves seem well made & were delivered quickly & well packed with very little plastic. The gloves came up slightly small for me, probably as I have long thin fingers & the only measurement required for sizing was around the hand. But they will fit under my normal winter gloves so Hoping they will help.
