Updating my first review because I was a bit too harsh. I received a call from Inês today and she was incredibly helpful and polite. If you’re an American, it’s complicated due to the FATCA guidelines and some companies can’t legally work with you. Not the fault of Rauva at all.

I was offered a bit of advice and I’m glad to hear from Rauva to help me get started legally.

Would I recommend this company for setting up your business in Portugal? Absolutely 10/10 services.

Ranked four stars just because of the first customer service representative could have provided me a clearer explanation. But hey, we’re all not perfect. :)

Poor service not so professional as it is taking too long to close the company as the staff are unprofessional and doesn’t have right information and plus they don’t provide clear information I have paid all charges from the last 3-4 months for company closure for Rauva and government plus yet I have been paying fines for no reasons now.It been really bad experience

A experência com a Rauva é recente e teve alguns entraves relativamente quanto ao prazo para abrir a empresa, foi atribuído ao processo interno do país com a instituição competente, como todo atraso gera frustração e problemas que neste caso com impacto financeiro envolvido, solicitei suporte e acompanhamento a equipa Rauva para perceber o ponto de situação do processo e a equipa é ágil e os profissionais fizeram um bom acompanhamento, este foi um ponto importante, pois considero que suporte é necessário e deve ser robusto para tentar lidar com tudo que envolve a empresa e com uma equipa de bons profissionais. Relativamente quanto ao uso da App é recente e por isso não tenho pontos a avaliar como a categoria contabilidade no qual percebi alguns bugs mas ao reportar a equipa tive resposta rápida. Recomendo a Rauva com suporte ágil.
