App needs updating.
No issue with instructors.
App needs some improving, numerous times I purchased lessons and they were not available on my dashboard. This then lead me to have to spend a couple hours (days if it’s the weekend) trying to resolve the issue. The in app support is pointless as it’s never online and if it wasn’t for Michaela being willing to help me out of hours I would have not bothered with this app much longer than I did.

Hi Matt,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review of your experience, it's greatly appreciated.
I've spoken with Michaela and reviewed the issue regarding your credits that were not reflecting correctly in the app.
We have identified the bug and now resolved it. As a learning for us, we are now going to add a way for learners to report bugs in the app that will allow issues to be resolved quickly.
