Registered and had no response or replies, after 48hrs Rated Driving automatically. Just delete your account so as not to damage there reputation. They claim a lot but deliver very little. I've re-registered but expect the same thing to happen in 48hrs.

Hi Justin,
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review about your experience. I've reviewed your review and due to our staff not working on Christmas day we were unable to speak to you or reply in the app regarding your enquiry.
If you would like to drop us a note in the app today and we can take a look at your enquiry and see what we can do to help you.
While the we aim for 48 hours to get learners connected with an instructor, there are scenarios such as your availability, test date (if you have one booked) which are all variables that can influence you being accepted or not, however we will of course do our best for you, that goes without saying.
Many thanks,
Kevin T

Really easy to navigate, passed first time!
Really easy to navigate, the app is wonderful and modern which makes it easier for both the younger and older generation to use. I matched with my instructor after 10 minutes and had a great match, I passed first time with her. Really lovely support network too when issues would arise. 10/10
