Qua verbinding/bereikbaarheid totaal geen klachten. Het doet wat een seedbox moet doen,ook voor een beginner makkelijk te begrijpen.
Maar wanneer het gaat om de service is het een ander verhaal. De rekening die ik kreeg voor mijn 2e maand was ruim 2x zoveel als hij had moeten zijn, een rekening van een veel hoger/duurder abbonement dan ik werkelijk had. Het wordt je vrijwel onmogelijk gemaakt om met de klantenservice in contact te komen.

Ronal was excellent and assisted me with my issue and got me a conclusion very quickly. I appreciate that RS has more than just the AI service as the human side resolved my issue easily. I still appreciated the tech shooting that I was recommended, but it unfortunately did not resolve the issue and the AI lacked what the human side could troubleshoot. Still great service.

Ce n'est pas une question d'argent, c'est une question de RESPECT et D'INTÉGRITÉ.
Je ne laisse jamais d'avis négatifs, mais là après 2 semaines à être traité comme un menteur malgré des preuves écrasantes, il faut que ça se sache. RapidSeedbox m'a facturé DEUX FOIS à cause d'une erreur de LEUR système, et leur support nie systématiquement l'évidence.
Ce qui s'est passé :
24 décembre 2025 : Je paie 8€ via Revolut pour une seedbox. Leur système plante avec l'erreur "A user already exists with that email address". L'argent part de mon compte, mais RIEN n'est activé côté service.
Comme ils affichent une "garantie remboursement" et que j'avais vraiment besoin du service de toute urgence, je rachète une deuxième seedbox (encore 8€) pour enfin y avoir accès. Total débité : 16€ au lieu de 8€ à cause de LEUR bug système.
Le cauchemar avec le support :
J'envoie toutes les preuves possibles :
2 captures Revolut montrant les 2 paiements de 8€ (17h13 et 17h39 le même jour)
Mon dashboard affichant 2 seedbox actives
Les 2 factures Revolut
Leur réponse ? "Vous n'avez payé qu'une fois, l'autre était un enregistrement carte à 0€."
C'EST FAUX. Mes relevés bancaires Revolut montrent clairement 2×8€ débités. Pas 0€. Deux vrais paiements bien réels.
Je renvoie 3 captures d'écran (2 Revolut + 1 dashboard). Leur réponse : "On voit seulement le dashboard, renvoyez les preuves de paiement."
CE SONT LES MÊMES IMAGES QU'ILS PRÉTENDENT NE PAS VOIR.
Je renvoie exactement les mêmes 2 captures d'écran Revolut en mentionnant que j'ouvre un litige Revolut. Soudain, miracle : "Ah oui on a bien reçu vos images."
SÉRIEUSEMENT ?
Leur service facturation prétend "ne voir qu'une seule facture dans le système" alors que j'ai LES DEUX PDF générés par leur propre système, visibles sur mon dashboard RapidSeedbox. Un agent avoue même avoir créé manuellement la 2e seedbox pour "corriger l'erreur", dit que la tentative de remboursement a échoué, mais continue à affirmer "vous n'avez jamais payé deux fois".
Comment c'est possible ?
Bilan après 2 semaines d'échanges :
J'ai fourni TOUTES les preuves imaginables :
✓ 2 transactions Revolut distinctes avec dates et heures précises
✓ Dashboard montrant 2 services actifs côte à côte
✓ Email où ILS admettent avoir créé la 2e seedbox manuellement
Et ils persistent à nier que j'ai payé deux fois. Ils me traitent comme un escroc qui essaie de les arnaquer.
C'est une question de RESPECT et d'INTÉGRITÉ.
Je m'en fous des 8€, en vrai c'est rien. Ce qui est inacceptable, c'est de nier des FAITS DOCUMENTÉS et de me traiter comme un voleur, un menteur. Leur erreur système devient MON problème, et en plus je suis insulté...
J'ai dû ouvrir un litige bancaire parce qu'ils refusent d'admettre l'évidence. Même avec toutes les preuves du monde, ils continuent de nier.

Just go for this provider, easy and fast.
Customer support has always been amazing. Pricing is decent, only drawback is upgrading or changing plans, then you need to either move the data yourself, or nuke the data you have and start over. Not a big deal in the whole scheme of things. Customer support also helped me here.

Not the company it was a year ago
Not the company it was a year ago, Support now takes 24 hours, customer service dismissive of their own issues, even after demonstrating server sided issues. Been with them just over 2 years, 1st year was great, only a couple of hiccups dealt with promptly, this year both issues took along time to get any response. Cheaper seedboxes out there that offer a better levels of support.

6 weeks and starting to have issues that support deny any infomartion of.
Had the furious service no less than 6 weeks, 2nd bill paid and now i'm starting to have issues with the plex install.
Pre-buffer issues mainly, looking at the debugging, it seems there is huge packet loss within 1 minute of starting a video stream.
I use this as my main offsite streaming server for interactive displays. Multiple video streams have started, then after 60-90 seconds fails and will not re-load.
Support seem as baffled as me.
Now canceled my service. Moving to ultraseed.co based in manchester UK.
P.S, i've tried RSB three times now, just can't swallow a $79 bill for a non-functioning server!!

I have been with Rapid Seedbox for about 2 and a half years and my experience has been stellar. Good support who have helped with every issue I've had and I've also been able to move between tiers when I've had to without too much of a hassle. And the service is also great by itself.
