My earlier review reflected a duplicate payment issue and a delay in receiving my refund. I’m pleased to say the company has now responded, apologised for the delay (they were short‑staffed), and processed the refund in full.

It’s worth adding that the artwork, delivery and responsiveness during the project were genuinely very good and had the payment issue not occurred, my review would have been entirely positive. I appreciate their follow‑up and the resolution.
