I would recommend Raisin bank unreservedly
I have been using Raisin bank for some years now and am very satisfied. The website and app are easy to use. Comparing interest rates is easy and having all investments in one place makes life easier for amateur investors.

I have zero interest in monitoring…
I have zero interest in monitoring money, I don't have enough to care or pay for advice. Raisin enables me to do better saving decisions compared to leaving in own bank. Very easy to use.

Customer service simply don’t reply to messages.
And try and take funds out and see how long it takes !!!
I would NOT recommend this platform.

Upon review, we can confirm that your withdrawal was processed correctly and within the timeframe outlined in the product information and on our website. When funds are withdrawn from an Easy Access account or returned following maturity, they are first paid into your Raisin UK Transaction Account.
In your case, the funds were returned to your Raisin UK Transaction Account within one day. Once funds are available there, the account holder can then withdraw them to their nominated bank account.
We can see that after you contacted our Customer Service team, they were able to assist you with the steps required to complete the withdrawal to your nominated account. We appreciate that this process may not have been clear at the time, and we are sorry for any frustration caused.

Rates good, but other concerns
Good interest rates, have used now for a few years.
App is pretty easy to use.
Don’t like the fact that there is no alternative to sms text authorisation for investments, should offer email as well like Amex and others.
Not overly impressed with on line support, I feel responses are not quick enough when you are dealing with large amounts of peoples savings.
Also on the one occasion where we had a health drama, Raisin were totally unhelpful. Fortunately Nationwide were helpful and sorted the problem.
I still use them, but really simply because of the rates
