Worried about dealing with RAISIN, do not worry.
I was a little wary when I first set up my account last year but I was kept well informed about my account. When my BOND matured the speed with which my money and interest was put into my Trans account was unbelievable. When I applied to have some of my money transferred to my nominated account it was sent straight away.
After that I had no hesitation in taking out a new BOND and again the speed of it starting to earn interest was once again EXCELLENT.

Great to have money in the same place with only one set of passwords. Most of the time the rates are competitive but any problems and it's a nightmare for answers from them .
