Fabulous quality but slow delivery…
The products are fabulous quality but the delivery is a touch on the slow side. Ordered some basic rugby socks (no logo or embroidery) and they took well over a week to arrive. I can understand the long lead times for bespoke items but basic off the shelf items like socks is a little harder to understand.

Hi Elena,
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you feel our turnaround times are on the slow side. November and December are busy months with the lead up to Christmas so sometimes order dates can get pushed back ever so slightly. We will use this feedback productively. We're glad you're happy with the socks received.

This is a present so has not been opened yet and I cannot comment on quality and finish at the moment. It was very easy to order and buy. Arrived safely and there was good communication from the Company about dispatch and Delivery. I would use this company again.

Hi Alice,
We do have a standard 2 week turnaround on orders placed online, but due to the sheer amount of orders received in September this was pushed back slightly. We are delighted to hear that the jacket you have received met expectations in regards to quality. Thank you for your feedback.

2 weeks plus to receive a delivery is far to long, especially for teenage school sports uniform. If my son was to loose or mislay any item as teenagers often do it would mean having to wait 2 weeks for an order. Majority of company’s are able to deliver within 2/3 days ie Amazon

Svar fra RagingBullSportswear
Hi Julie,
We're sorry you feel the standard 2 week turnaround on orders is too long. Unfortunately we do not have facilities the size of the likes of Amazon, and therefore do not hold stock of most items. Garments are embroidered/printed once the order is received, and such why we have the standard 2 week turnaround. We can see your order was pushed back to 3 weeks due to the sheer quantity of back to school orders received for the time of year, and for this we are very sorry! Thank you for your feedback.
