Insane good quality, arrived in perfect condition and even received an email after ordering asking if the sizing was checked to make sure the right fit would arrive. I ordered the most gorgeous gown for my photography clients, will definitely want more of the gowns in my collection!!

Quality of the dress is fantastic, but the customer service experience I had is absolutely what sold me on Fanciful Doll. Their team moved heaven and earth to get my dress to me in the time frame that I needed it, and were absolutely wonderful during the process. Will be a return customer.

I had been dreaming about owning a dress from Fanciful Doll in a while, and I was very happy to finally fulfill my wish.

The dress is looking even better than the photos and the material has a beautiful shine and very vibrant colors✨️

It's very well made, stable, and the adjustable back makes it a wonderful investment since it can be worn even if the size of the waist is changing. I remember that I had purchased a different dress from another company which didn't have such an adjustable back, and since I've gained some weight I could no longer wear it even if was very well made. Fanciful Doll dresses seem like they can be worn for a long time after the purchase.

I also want to mention that their costumer service is really fast and helpful. No delays in delivery either.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience! My engagement dress felt like something out of a fairy tale. The quality was absolutely amazing, every detail was perfect, and everything looked exactly like in the photos.
Ps. I wanted a pink princess dress with a shiny corset , and i can wear it in many ways , long behind and short in front or all long and otherwise . Thank you for making such a special moment even more beautiful. Highly recommended!

Love the dress, hate the customer support and the lack of transparency on the website.
Dresses that are marked as in stock and ready to ship are not actually in stock in their UK warehouse, but need to be shipped from China to the UK first before it can be shipped to you.
On the website it's unclear that the dresses on the photo's are sample dresses and the actual dresses can vary in design per dress. A simple sentence 'actual garment might differ from shown sample' would be honest instead of a values page that praise their skilled tailors.
Customer support can't prove where this information should be upfront, which means that the dress should be expected to be as in the pictures shown.
Sadly my complaints were ignored and dismissed as 'not liking the dress'. While my problem is the false advertising and unclear set expectations.
Wouldn't recommend paying 400 for a synthetic dress with crap service.

This dress is a fairytale gown! I'd ordered the Renaissance Bounty Mademoiselle Gown for a photo shoot and it arrived faster than I had expected since I live in California. When I opened the box, I was in absolute awe of the high quality fabric, the colors, and the dreamy way felt to wear it. The fit was absolutely perfect! Such a beautiful gown -- the quality and fit is beyond gorgeous.

Fanciful Doll's dress are absolutely magical. I purchased the Forbidden fruits Belle Gown for several creative projects. One of these was sitting for portrait at West Dean College of Arts and the drawings were just stunning. The artists loved the neckline and the huge volumes in the off the shoulder sleeves. I have also teamed this dress with some of my own creations - including a tumbling roses crinoline.

I cannot wait to put more of these dresses on for future projects - including playing harp with stunning fairy-tale fabrics and prints swirling around the harp.

I purchased the Bleakmoor Persephone gown to attend a fantasy ball in Scotland, and I can honestly say the dress was the highlight of the experience. The quality was impeccable, delivery was fast (even when I decided to purchase some additional accessories last minute) and the photos ended up otherworldly. I truly got to live out my Wuthering Heights dreams and Fanciful Doll made it possible.

I recently wore one of the amazing gowns to an event and it made me feel so beautiful. Everything about the dress was perfect. I felt like a princess and was being complimented all night! As a plus size girlie I was worried about how I would look in the gown and how it would fit but it was absolutely beautiful! The delivery was quick and I was so impressed with the whole experience.

Amazing experience. Maria made every effort to help me complete my bridal outfit, figuring out how to get me an item before it was even on the website. Photography kept getting delayed and the company still agreed to send me the item so I would have it before my wedding. Seems pretty true to size from what I've ordered so far, and the quality is great.

Excellent customer service aside, the dress I received from Fanciful Doll was nothing short of stunning, and looks just like the pictures! The pattern was even more beautiful and elegant in person, I'm absolutely in love. It was also a perfect fit for me personally but as always make sure you get your measurements before ordering!

out of all the places to buy my senior formal dress i found my perfect, whimsical gown at Fanciful Doll and it was just wonderful! i’ve never had such a big and lavish gown before but they matched my big vision.
i was particularly drawn to the Sugared Almond Odette gown because finding the perfect purple dress for me was a mission! but this one seemed to do it just right.
they sent out lovely emails after signup about choosing the right dress, and through those i was able to get a lot of important advice and friendly help from their team concerning the fitting! i had a very pleasant experience with their customer service and they were very responsive.
i’m in Australia and the shipping was fast, i only had to wait ~two weeks. when i received my gown, it was just as glamorous as the pictures were! the quality is great and did not disappoint at all. i just cannot stop twirling and staring at myself in the mirror when i wear it!
it was even better when i wore it with a petticoat as mine in particular is heavy with sequins. the silhouette, drama, and bounciness is just like out of a fairytale.
i got an XS, as my measurements appeared to be slightly ‘bigger’ than the ones shown on the size chart, but it’s just a tiny bit big on me - however it’s nothing a bit of altering can’t fix.

im super excited to have my senior formal in this Fanciful Doll dress, and if i had the chance i would definitely buy from here again in the future!!

I am BEYOND happy with my purchase. I may not be able to buy frequently, but I will definitely be back! Everything about my experience with this company has been perfect! I bought a beautiful Starry Gown from them for my wedding but I had a bit of a wobble after buying because I was in-between sizes. I gave them an email and their lovely customer service team let me know I had chosen the right size and that there was still space in the dress I had chosen because of how the back was done up. This made me feel so much better! The dress itself is stunning. It was light but had a lovely volume to the skirt and sat wonderfully on! The quality is just incredible. It was so sparkley and comfortable! When I wore it on my wedding day, it was a hit with everyone I came across. I've never had so many compliments in my life! It made me feel special and I hope to buy from here again in the future. Maybe for an anniversary dinner! Thank you so much for everything, if I could give 100000/10, I would!!!
And if anyone is worried about space, these dresses are very easy to pop away! Be it a wardrobe or safe keeping box/cover. ❤️

I worked with Maria, and she was an absolute delight. Personable, helpful, knowledgeable - she was everything you want in a representative. My dress is currently held up in customs, which she let me know immediately, making sure that I didn't need it soon for a particular event (I didn't). Her diligence in checking has made this experience one to laud, and I can say so far my experience with Fanciful Doll has been remarkable!

While ordening with Fancifull Doll there was a slight mishap with my order, but they resolved it perfectly making the experience even better! I bought the Dresden China Mademoiselle Gown. It had been advertised to me on Facebook while I was actively searching for a wedding dress. I fell IN LOVE!!!!!

I'd say shipping was pretty fast, considering this was coming from overseas to Tennessee. Dress was boxed nicely. Quality is absolutely outstanding!!!

Now I did order a size bigger because my weight does fluctuate because of PCOS. The dress ended up being too big and I did have it altered, so I do recommend ordering your normal size.

Bigger chested girls (I'm a 46D), this dress does not have the best support.
